FUNCTION BAND LOOKING FOR KEYBOARD/SYNTH PLAYER


We are looking for a keyboard/synth player 2 join our function/reception band based in MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA.

Our influences included Prince, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Lenny Kravitz, The Beatles, Bee Gees, George Michael, and many more mainstream artists.

The type of music we play is up tempo dance music, that is, we play pop, funk, soul, rock ‘n’ roll and jazz. We also play ballads suitable for weddings etc.

We are looking 4 a keyboard player who
· Can improvise and can learn songs quickly
· Has good equipment
· Can read music – it’s not essential but is considered an advantage
· Can sing - it’s not essential but is considered an advantage
· Has stage presence – it’s a bonus as we do have a good time on stage and at rehearsals.
· Has their own transport

Male or female does not matter. However, you must be committed 2 the band and be responsible. We are not interested in wasting time as we are treating this as a serious business opportunity.

At this stage, the type of gigs we are after are weddings, private functions and corporate functions.
