What large scale change is needed in your community or region and why do you believe you are positioned to help lead this change?

On April 21, 2016 taken from my community was one of the greatest leaders in all time. This person was not just a leader in my community but in communities all around the world. The ascension of this person had a global impact. It is because of that impact i feel needed in the cummunity, not just my community, or the local community but the global community as a whole, is someone who can continue the endeavors of this person as an agent of Love4Oneanother inspiring peace, love and unity through out the entire world. This person is someone who is fearless and uses an unconventional way of thinking in order to find ways to create the possiblities of bringing people together in harmony within the community. This person is someone who has lived, knowing the many fascets of life and it's experiences. Someone who can show empathy towards others in their struggle in finding self identity, because this person has an understanding of how universal love; heals, nurtures and grows from within. What I am saying is that what I believe to be a large scale change, is someone who will stand before the community and project a light so bright that those who are lost within the darkest parts of their experiences will be found and shown the way out. This person will be no hero, because I don't believe that we as a community need heros, we are our own heros. we just need someone to turn on the lights within us all. Once we can full see in clearity, we can begin to understand that we are all connected as ONE BEING.

as i stood before counsel, within the burning bush, it questioned me:

What is important for us to understand about your accomplishments and impact given the context of your life's journey?

Again that depends on where the impact lies. I can truthfully only convey what the impacts have had on me. From one perspective, I think the most important impact for me would be my own personal growth. The process of growing has afforded me many options as I have developed. Those options water the seeds of my life experiences, which are deeply rooted within the many communities that I have encountered, along my journey. Again I must reiterate that it depends on where the impact lies. I say this because one of the weird thing that I noticed is that some of the “great things” I have accomplished don’t always have a positive impact on me in regards to my personal growth. For instances, I have found that sometimes when people find out about some of things I have accomplish, they may have been in awe by the magnitute of it, but in reality it put a distance between myself and them, unfortunately putting me in a category outside of my peers. I am not saying that is a bad thing, but what that does is seperates me from my community. With that saying, I believe the most important thing for you to understand is not necessarily what the accomplishments are alone, but how I manage to handle those successes in way that are not isolating for myself or threating to others while in their moments of insecurity. When I first moved to Minneapolis I had to ask myself “how do I take those experiences and translate them into a dialogue so others can communicate what their dreams and aspirations are?” This had me realizing that if I can get people to talk about what they want and what their dreams are, then that is one step closer for them to obtain those dreams and make them a reality. All of the accomplishments I achieved all started by taking that first step. It's those first steps that a lot of individuals are afraid of and rightfully so because those first steps are the hardest. By being an example of “Anything is possible if you simply take a chance and make that investment into yourself, your dreams and aspirations and no matter what, don’t give up, because you are worth the commitment” then those inspiration begin to multiply. When that happens then the distance between me and them becomes connections and those connections are the building blocks for the communities that I am a part of. My life's journey is about building communities along way to my final destination.

Well that depends how you define success and accomplishments. I have failed so many times in my journey. But, in success, the one thing I have managed to do is to always get back up, dust myself off and take that beast on again, life will have its way with you sometimes. I have learned that this process has allowed me to grow into the being that now, I am and because the experience that I have is in abundance, I see no difference between failure and success. For one without the other, I would not exist. It’s all about the connections between I AM and ALIVE. Being able to see through the lenses of my camera’s Prince, Leopode and Sebastian, thought me that the virtual reality of it all is my greatest success. Exploring the endless possibilities, with you, I am opening up to you, sharing, the endless possibilities that I am. In the darkest of time, like a flower I bloom and my experience becoming one will with all, who come in contact. Yet, it also means that I am possibly making myself vulnerable to you and failing to protect myself and my ability to see things differently, from your judgement. I am the many that is contain in one body. How do you want to grow as a leader? What specific goals do you have for your leadership growth?

Metaphorically speaking I want, as a leader, to grow like clouds do on a hot and humid day. Building with great wonder, then in a thunderous and climatic way, burst open, and pour down like rain, quincing the thirst of the thirsty. My first goal would be to translate that vision into a dream that even a child could understand and want for itself. The first steps I would take is to seek a theripist who can cooperate with me in maintaining my mental stiblity, in order to handle such a responsiblity. Another specific goal is to take time away and write down my memiors, as it will help me sort out the many experiences I have had and present them in a way where anyone can take a look inside and find another source of inspiration. During this process I would also seek a nutritionish and physical trainer. This will help me to develop a healthy routine to ensure that I can continue to grow phyically stronger and live a longer healthier life. I walked from NYC to the California state line in an effort to complete a long term goal. It took almost 4 months to do and when I finished I was in a position to make some very powerful decisions about my lifes direction. The first decision was to move from the toxic enviornment of NYC, head to Minneapolis and continue my formal education as an artist. That took almost 4 years to complete. Before I would committe to any other goals I would look at all the options I had before me and then choose accordingly as to which was in my best interest.
