My Interview with Larry Graham

"It was never me pushing him or telling him what to do. ... I’m simply just teaching him what I know and then he could decide what he wanted to do with that information."

Hi, friends! I talked to Larry Graham about Prince's spirituality for my book. Check out the preview on my blog: http://www.apurpledayinde...rview.html

Maybe he didn't push him but he knew very well that Prince was an easy target during this difficult times and I believe he used that against him.

And took advantage of all Prince had to offer, like free housing.

And during difficult Times people search for spiritual healing, prince was the one who was asking larry about his faith so as a good friend he taught him what he knows.

Believe what you want, I stick to my theorie. Yes it was his final decision, but I know the JW, they knock on my door every once in a while and they really just walk in, like, you open the door a little too wide and they step in. They really are some creeps. And I don't think that LG was so much different to that. And don't forget that Prince's Mum wanted him to become a JW, she said it before she died. Wich child wouldn't grand their mothers last wish? What his mother did was wrong and it was kind of manipulative and I believe that LG saw the chance when Prince had a weak moment. They don't act like the normal christians would. You can compare them to scientology, not to normal christians. Because as far as I know, no priest walks into your house while you're grieving, they say you can come to the church if you want to talk.

Prince provided a home for him and his wife. And wasn't it LG who helped burn Maytes stuff and the other unspeakable thing with the ashes?

Did you happen to ask him when he had last seen or spoken to Prince and if they still maintained a close relationship? So the interview/article won't be available until your finished with your book?

That's what I was waiting for. People hate on Mayte but praise Graham like he was his lifesaver. "Oh my god, Mayte didn't love him, she's an opportunist." Yeah right, and the way Larry Graham entered his life wasn't fishi? Give me a damn break, this is ridiculous.

JUST ADDING MY THOUGHTS: I wonder if Larry Graham would get another treatmend if he wasn't a Man, you know, if he wasn't just his "best Friend." If you can follow me there, like, if Larry was a woman and Prince married "her" and converted after the marriage. I wonder what treatmend Larry would get then.

Hi there! Yes, I asked him both those questions. The info will be available when the book comes out. I always try to share as much as I can without giving everything away. I'm still plugging away and I appreciate your time and patience. smile

I've heard this rumor and even asked LG but he'd never heard that. If you have a source for me, that'd be great! smile

Doesn't mean it didn't happen. See my problem is that some fams really believe everything this guy says, like he can't be a liar.

That is absolutely true...no one seems to know for sure, even people who were around Prince. Might be a good question for Mayte. But it seems she would have mentioned that in her book--that is, if she knew.

Hey Miss513, would you do an Interview with Mayte? It would be really interesting.

Absolutely. I reached out a few years ago and her people said no. But now that the book is out, I'm wondering if she will have more to share about his spirituality beyond what's in the book. I feel like there is enough there for me to be OK without an interview, but I welcome it! lol! smile
