Let's not pretend What caused the demise Positions I can't defend Was that a surprise? .
Don't judge what Happened before Who I am or not Choose to ignore .
The tales told Those who crucify Are never bold But surely sanctify .
Their positions As righteous When situations Are only detritus .
Personal grudges Are not my fight Left in sludge As I seek flight .
