A palace without a throne is a house without a home

You were on my mind as I sat in the car
Wanted to find you
Wished you weren’t so far
Turned the dial just wishing to hear
A tear rolls down my face
Once again we’ve met at your place
The stars align
Next time it will be at mine
Chills rang through my soul
I knew you were near
Heard the words Adore so clear………

I imagine you meeting my mother
Watching you laugh with my brother
Daydreaming along
A gift with a song

Trying to feel you
I wonder
What’s this spell
You have me under
This something beyond some bond
Others might think it’s odd
If I feared Love I guess I would too
I’m just full of fantasies that only you and I can do
The kind that blow your mind
Beyond belief we reach the far and wide
Shooting into galaxies yet to find
Like the waves which unwind
Crashing the sands of time
I try to define what I find within

In this meeting of the divine
I sign along the stars that gleam in space
Each one spells out God’s true grace
I state my case of lover’s fate
Standing at heaven’s gate
Nothing compares to this enchanted land
I’m only here when you take my hand
All day we play
Free as we can be
The way only true love should be

You are somewhere here on earth back words
Listen to the harmony I see
How you really feel about me
I truly know what you feel
Can you see what is real?

Every time I look
At those around you
I wonder why
I try to understand
What you’re trying to find
Things from the past no longer here
Illusions with the eyes
The mind has lied
Love doesn’t last outside

Don’t hide the fact
The signs are here
Care about your heart let it be bare
All the glitz you glamour is fear
I wanna love you from within
I know where you’ve been
You think you’ve walked a life in “sin”
I’m not afraid of the devil
It can’t live in me
Never be
Lights to bright
Ignite
Back down
Fright
Come to me
Come to me
Live what’s right
God paves the way to freedom
The Evil one within the sin might think this is about a win
But baby I just want to see you whole
Let go of control
Amidst glory that resides in the Almighty High
Ride the glistening wings above
The truth is one
showin you
Some real love

The mirror appears:
Everything you see in “WE”
A reflection of God to be
You search for the home you’ve never had
A world you try to rule
Your own self
It ain’t about the wealth
Broken places
Spaces
Those pretty faces
No ones taken
Time to guide you to
Wished them to take
In that way you feel wanted
Been about what you can do
What about you?
Seeds of beauty you wish to plant
Needs
A righteous wife
Take out the knife
You’ve planted in your own back
Take responsibility
Ones own misery
Make it better

It’s not locked
Walk through the door
That’s always open
Knockin from the other side
You don’t have to hide
Won’t ever judge
I don’t budge
Sing out your pain
The reasons you feel insane
How can I serve a soul so sad?
I’ll prove you’re not so BAD
Anything at all
I drawl you a bath
As you cry out
Self imposed God’s wrath
Truly happy
Seek a palace to call your own
A thrown in a kingdom
Without ego
Then it is shown
A piece of peace in God’s unknown
