Orb not there

Has anyone else had a problem pulling up the rotating orb from the LF website? Mine isn't there at all.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It's not a slow internet speed thing either. I have cable internet and it's fast, and still nothing.

If it's being updated....it would be really nice if there was some sort of message on LF informing us of whats going on.

if you read the other threads in here you would know this already

it now takes 31 minutes and 21 seconds for the orb to load

Figured out the orb to get in has nothing to do with 7'oclock. It needs to run round twice with those pink little block things around the clock and then it goes up in smoke to let you enter.

I even didn't got to see the 2 new video's that were posted. I even didn't get an email from them to notify that there were 2 new vids.

I was never prompted to update payment info. It has not been even close to one year yet... Are you implying that in one year it will automatically charge my card again? And what does that have to do with right now?

They are probably updating something/overhauling the site a bit and the inability to see the videos is temporary. Maybe they are putting up sneak peaks of Paris or Montreux to lead us to buy a DVD available 11/10/09

Once again Prince has shown he doesn't give a fuck about that site - or the fans for all that matter.

I foolishly paid the $77 ($144 Australian) for an "entire new galaxy" and what did we get - 3 CRAP albums thats should have been just one brilliant one, a poxy t-shirt that they CHARGE ME the shipping for and a whole bunch of videos most of us would already have. WOW!!!

Hey don't complain! I still haven't got my T Shirt! I have updated my info and still nothing... I have emailed support@lotusflow3r.com and no reply. NOTHING.

I am a big Prince fan and have always supported his direct to consumer(Fan) websites from the first one and it really does feel like a 'take your money and run' situation with Lotusflow3er.com. Its a classic case of over promise and under deliver. If I would have known what I know now I would have bought the album from Target and not bought from the site. I do feel ripped off and like a sucker. I am really truly unimpressed by this.

People, this does not look like the rug has been pulled on us, it looks like they were making updates and BROKE the pooty rat.

My hunch is it's a glitch. Doesn't make much sense to take the orb down a few days after an update (the vids that were on Shellby's Youtube page). I remember people commenting that the orb was slow right after the update. Maybe Prince is writing the code for the site now himself and fucked it up.
