Soooo sick of his busted websites. I just logged on after months and I find myself wondering why I even bother anymore. Once again it's not working...THE NERVE OF HIM TO CHARGE $$$$ FOR A BLACK SCREEN!!! Not to mention I've gotten nothing more than a t-shirt for my $77. What a waste! | |

What operating system u using? Can u trace route to the servers? What browser r u using? have u removed the History/cache of ur browser? | |

I was using IE6 on Windows XP at the time...I don't think I cleared my history/cache when I was troubleshooting it. I didn't get a black screen...I got some kind of weird endless loop that tied up all my system resources. I had to reboot to break out of it. It happened multiple times over three days...I seem to think it was every time I tried to access one of the "worlds"...and I wasn't able to make the video play without MANY hiccups/stops and starts. Basically, I couldn't get anything on the site to really work...there was no online help...and no support contact info at the time. I was really excited that Prince was reinventing the music business into a licensing model...until I tried to use the site. Kinda like when Pearl Jam went after TicketMaster...great idea, bad execution. It sounds like it's still not worth using... Brian --------
