$77.00 MELTDOWN............

Hey Everyone.....
Question????? Why did we all pay $77.00 for the LOTUSFLOWER WEBSITE again??
I am a bit confused. Has PRINCE lost interest in the site???? Does he remember the promises that were made for those who signed up and paid their hard earned cash during a recession??? I remember all to well one particular e-mail that was sent right before registration time and it said," We are well aware of the economic situation that we are all in these days, but the Lotusflower website will be worth the buck." So now we are well into 6 months and so far not too much is happening over at the party. Do you think that we got our $77.00 worth?????
Many that I have personally spoken to feel the way that I do. Please note that I am not being negative because I love PRINCE and his music, but I do not think at this point in time that everyone received $77.00 worth of PRINCE???
Please make your voices heard so just maybe the "POWERS THAT BE" can shed some light at the end of this long dark tunnel. PEACE and B WILD.

The NPG MUSIC CLUB was a very exciting venture that had a lot to offer musically to it's members. It was so cool to come home from work on a FRIDAY NIGHT and find a brand new track posted for download. It was way ahead of any other artists websites. Now Artists like ," U2," and " GOV'T MULE," offer the fans so so much in terms of actual music these days with their websites that it far surpasses the LOTUSFLOWER location. With a VAULT filled with more PRINCE than one will ever hear in a lifetime, why does the site offer so little in terms of music.
HERE IS AN IDEA THAT WOULD BE THE ULTIMATE!!!!!
WOULDN'T IT BE FANTASTIC IF PRINCE WOULD FOR 365 DAYS FOR ONE YEAR OFFER UP A DAILY DOWNLOADABLE SONG FOR ALL OF THE MEMBERS? IT WOULD BE MUCH LIKE WALKING TO YOUR DOORSTEP AND GETTING THE DAILY NEWSPAPER. NOW THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING VERY VERY SPECIAL. IT DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE A BRAND NEW SONG....BUT RATHER IT CAN BE A LIVE TRACK OR A REMIX OF A SONG THAT PRINCE PREVIOUSLY RELEASED OR EVEN AN OUTTAKE. NOW THAT IS SOMETHING I THINK THAT THE FANS WOULD LOVE TO EXPERIENCE.

I, like everyone else, was expecting a bit more for the money, but P delivered everything he promised. A t-shirt, videos, and 3 albums worth of downloads. If concerts were going on, he said that we would have pre-sale access. That is it, unfortunately. However, the year isn't up. Let's hope we get an extra or 2 before March arrives in 2010.

the Org has countless threads about gripes with the official site/ maybe u wanna join them....i.e. try lotusfol3r forum.

On a side note - read the agreement you signed up for. If that has been breached you might have recourse. I suspect you have been given what was agreed though. You always have the option not to renew next yr

It's cos the woman he's trying to get in2 don't have a Lotusflow3r account. He wants 2 get paid from her, b4 she can get full access. So the ppl whom paid for the access, get shite.

Hence all these releases so she can c them, & when she complains (as u would if ur hearing old song that he wrote for other women), they get taken down.

Come on if u want 2 play a game, make sure it's a new one....

If you're really unhappy with the site, you could always dispute the charge with your credit card company and have the money you paid credited back. I was about to do that, and then the Montreaux clips were added, so I thought things were going to change.

Sure, Prince didn't really promise anything, but given the pre-site-launch comments by both Prince and the web designer and the fact that there's been just as much new content made available on other sites for free instead of the official site, you have a legitimate case.

Perhaps if a lot us do this, Prince would take notice when he starts losing money from the site.

If anyone wants the name of a class action law firm, I can suggest one. The firm can get Prince to refund some money or update his site. The terms of agreement seem overreaching.

I paid for a lifetime membership on NPGMC, so why do I need to pay again?

I will probobly fork it out though, as I am a loyal admirerer, and havent been k

up with prince for some time, because of the recent changes he's been going

through that I dont care for, but like a true chameleon I know he'll change

again.
