Q: I received an email with a passcode 4 a new ticket sale 4 London. Where can I go 2 use the code?
A: U do not need 2 login or go 2 this site. U can go directly 2 Ticketmaster.co.uk and enter in the code 4 the show u want 2 attend. Or u can always follow the links off this page. Either way U are getting 2 the same page on Ticketmaster.

Q: I did NOT receive an email with a passcode for a new ticket sale 4 London. Where is it?
A: This email was only sent 2 4mer NPG Music Club members in Europe.

Q: Since I had previously bought a ticket 2 the O2 shows, I received an email about the O2 aftershows with a passcode to join 3121.com, where can I enter the passcode?
A: A passcode 2 join 3121.com is no longer required. 3121.com is free 4 everyone 2 get connected with. Just register here. The passcodes in the 02 emale are NOT 4 Ticketmaster and will not work there.

Q: I entered my information and activated my account but I didn't see anything different. Is there a members-only section?
A: No, the sign up page is just to get connected with the 3121 email list and mobile alerts. There are no "members-only" sections. We will send updates, newsletters, and mobile alerts when there is in4mation 2 go out.

Q: Is this the new NPG Music Club?
A: No, there is no more NPG Music Club. It was closed over a year ago and has not returned. Much like any business that closes it's doors, all activities and agreements have ended.

Q: Will we get the same benefits as the NPG Music Club?
A: No, there is no more NPG Music Club and 3121.com is not set up 2 function in the same way. U can use ur 4mer login from the NPGMC 2 update ur profile in4mation so u can get emails and alerts from 3121.com. But there are no other benefits offered or implied.
