The 'system' finally got fed up with him and threw him in the slammer for 10 weeks with murderers and rapists.

Now before he even had his court hearing - which he thought would turn out with him getting 'community service' or something mild like that - he told me..


" Well they're either gonna give me community service or throw me in the slammer for at least 8 weeks. I don't think they'll be that harsh.


I'm not a bad person. I've committed no horrible crime. I'm just stupid. "


I laughed and said..

He had nothing to say to that and just smiled.


I said " You know, when the Law comes a callin and says ' yo u need to wake the fuck up or their will be serious consequences'....THEY'RE NOT JOKING. "


Anyway, he was sentenced to 10 weeks hard time - for what he didnt think was a horrible crime.


Not so. I witnessed the horrible crime with my own eyes.


His children watched while their father went to prison.


His wife fell apart.


So did I.


His business shut down.


I had told him that I wouldnt dessert him - but upon second thought - I quit working with him.


His deliberate defiance - born of arrogance and egomania - led to events that ripped my heart out - ripped his family's heart out - and ripped out the heart of his business.


I now consider him a dangerous man.


A highly intelligent deliberately defiant arrogant egomaniac.


He had betrayed my trust. He had betrayed my friendship.


And this betrayal took place the second he got behind the wheel of his car without considering how his actions would affect others.


That is the crime. To presume to be so isolated from everyone else, to be superior to the law, to disregard his children and his wife, and selfishly get behind the wheel of his car just to go the fucking post office.


At first I felt sorry for him and thought about all the horrible ways he had been treated as a child and I blamed his parents for his adult behaviour.


Silly. As an adult who has had every opportunity to smell the really fucking strong coffee - he always CHOSE not to.


My last words to him were ..


"Only way I could ever work with you again is if you upgrade the quality of your soul"




Arrogance is probabaly one of the biggest crimes on this planet.

It is the cause of all wars, poverty, disease, famine, social injustice, sexism, every crime you think of - is in some way born from Arrogance in the Human Soul.

So to those of you who feel hurt by what has happened here - you have every right to.

It's time for arrogant little fuckers to face the Music and learn their lesson.






btw. my 'friend' was a very short really good guitarist.

umm someone help me out cause i sure don't understand all this, to compare shutting down a web site to committing a crime makes no sense to me.
i'm sorry am not trying to be rude, but i don't get the correlation? i think, like many have said, maybe just some business mistakes happened and after learning from those, things might come back bigger and better. who is to say he will loose the law suit anyway.
