I don't know whether it'd honestly be better to fight this or not. If it were me I'd not want to share the name with this company or any of the others using NPG, and wouldn't bother with going through the legal proceedings. 'New Power Generation' was already sounding dated in the early 90s, so why not use this as an opportunity for a new site, a new name and slogan, and some new funky music? He's still Prince, he still has his silly little symbol, and he likes a bit of reinvention and hype. He could weave a whole new story and pseudo-movement/collective. It sounds like something right up his alley to me.
