You should read the music and more forum. The bible reference is about fleeing from the worship of idols... therefore a connection with Prince's recent appearance on American Idol. I would agree it is a mixed message, perhaps it is the only reference to idols in the bibile and were forced to use it! I think the association with a pic of Prince is like saying, here is an idol worth worshipping, not these AI contestants, a bit of a dig at the very show he was appearing on! | |
