NPGMC Makes Its 2005 Overhaul!

For those longing for something new at Prince's official site, quit waiting and start clicking. Aside from the spiffy new intro design, you'll find new videos in the Cyberclips room and a bunch of new music in the Musicology download store, including a new live track called "Satisfied", from the post-NAACP Awards 'Vanguard Jam'. I bought a few of the d/l's...yay, all that pleading in the forums over there (by a lot of different people) paid off, we finally got another chance to get the ONA Piano CD! I just wish they'd offer the 5th CD from CB as a stand-alone d/l, THAT would make a bunch of people happy too. I did pass on the "Satisfied" snippet from Saturday night though...I wanna hear the whole darn thing!

And you gotta love how "Glass Cutter" is playing when you're on the log-in page!

NPGMC also has the ONA piano album, Crystal Ball (WITH Kamasutra), The War and ONA Live for download in the Musicology store, so if you've been waiting to hear a copy of ONA that won't cost you 100 bucks on eBay, now's your chance!

I grabbed "Satisfaction"...for .77, figured it's nice to have it when it first comes out. Nice cut, but it's not one of his "classics"...at least not yet for me, and maybe that's because it was live. Just my 2 cents.

Ok, I have been sitting on the fence and at times refusing to join because I am defiant and don't like to be muzzled. I have been told there was nothing as a member that was different than a nonmember except the d/l were cheaper. And you get banned from speaking on the forumns!
But I think I will have to put my $25 on the counter (it is still $25 right?) and check it out. I will just have to stay away from the forumns and just go for the music.
ok here goes nothing!! BTW, do you get to pick your own log in name? I think I better go incognito, or they will ban me for the shyt I said on this forum just general purpose.

Sweet graphic overhaul, and they made lots of people happy with the additions to the Musicology download store -- new tracks and old ones that are hard to find (or expensive once found). My only complaint is that Glass Cutter isn't available for download, but I bet that's coming soon on an album or as a single download.

But he doesn't care...he only offers stuff on there to try to make the fans happy, not to make money, cuz he ain't making much off that website. Well I can definately forget going on the Club now, not that I went on it much anyway!! I have tried a few attempts 2 access it but its 2 graphically intense for my computer, yet my computer can handle most site graphics!! I get freeze-ups, I cant even scroll the pages up and down and I cant even click the Members Login tab!! In fact it affects my computer so much that I have 2 keep rebooting!!!

Oh well, never mind, theres always here, Housequake, Princefams and ConRoz!!!
