The Minneapolis Star Tribune has written a review of the tribute concert. In their opinion, Chaka Khan was one of the highlights. Also, they believe some acts had too many songs, others not enough, and some singer/song combos didn't work. However, the love everyone has for P came through.

Here is the video that I took of the Purple Rain finale. The sound of Prince's voice made my heart skip a beat! Shelby told me the next day that no one else could sing it, and that Mr. Hayes chose this particular live recording. Please feel free to share it with other fans. Grab some tissues and enjoy!
