Trying to get tickets for both Amsterdam and Antwerp. I am a Dutchie living in Belgium. Love the ambiance in Het Sportpaleis, and the fact it is more of a 'family happening' in Belgium as opposed to The Netherlands.
That said, I have never been in the Ziggo Dome. Sound and venue as such are supposed to be amazing.

I'm going!If I can get a ticket...
I live in the most remote south west area of The Netherlands, so I'm much closer to Antwerp than to Amsterdam. Antwerp is about 50 min. driving and Amsterdam is at least 2,5 hours away. I'm dealing with some health issues at the moment, so Amsterdam is just too far away for me at the moment. Besides that: over here, we feel much more connected to Belgium anyway. Both in mentality and geographically.
I'm hoping for a 1st ring seat. Standing room isn't really an option for me, partly because of my limited height - I'd like to actually see something of what goes on on the stage, not just see other people's backs, partly because of my health issues. I don't feel like missing part of the show because I get unwell.
I can't wait to get that ticket!

OH YEAH! Sunday in A'dam is totally not convenient, therefore I aim for Antwerpen - which is more close for me, 1 hr drive. Finger crossed on Wednesday! | |

By the way, would anyone have any idea as to whether the most expensive ticket marked "PIT" would be a ticket for standing in the "Golden Circle" or would it just be for anyone standing in the middle of the venue ?

I live in Minnesota but plan to arrive in Antwerp on the 27th to visit my best friend there and want to take her to see Prince! Can anyone tell me the website(s) where the legitimate tickets will go on sale tomorrow AM for Sportspaleis? Will set my alarm for 3am to buy them -- thanks! | |

Ik ga er natuurlijk zijn, kijk er ZOOO hard naar uit!
Voor wie van buiten Antwerpen komt; je kan parkeren op Antwerpen Linkeroever, en dan tram 3 nemen naar het Sportpaleis. Super-gemakkelijk om te parkeren en geen problemen met in de file staan.
Pour qui vient en dehors d'Anvers et quand tu veux éviter les bouchons, on peut garer à Antwerpen Linkeroever (direction Gent) et prendre le métro n° 3 vers Sportpaleis (Merksem). C'est très facile!
Believe me, I know, I live there! My house is just a few steps away from the station.

I've seen a lot of fuckups from ticketsales, but never as bad as this. The site has been completely unavailable hours before the start of the sale. I'm starting to think they've taken it offline on purpose. Although the result probably is more people hitting the refresh button like maniacs. I know I am. | |
