So Prince finally does a show and noboby posts anything or seems to care?

I wasn't able to attend but a good friend of mine went and compiled some footage that he took with his camera from up in the nose bleeds. This concert look amazing, from what I saw Prince was gettin it and dancing up a storm. What really surprised me was his performance of Purple Rain. From what I saw, he returned to the raw, guitar ballad arrangement it was made to be. He was living through that guitar! While it is always an experience hearing that song live, when I saw him three times in L.A., it sounded plastic, and uninspired. Even the USA Today review admits the saxophone solo is a bit dull in a song with such intensity. Whatever high Prince is on right now, let's hope he keeps it up, because I am sooo excited to see this in person!!
