Tonight we saw old school Prince, as close as it's gonna get. He even did the outro to Love Bizarre, while sharing the mic with Sheila E. Ah, can't explain it but he was surprising me all night with those types of things. You may think you're cute saying "well now you have" but it was mind blowing. The man is in his 50's and slithered down the arrow like nothing. HOT!

Those of us that were not there would like to see this things..any vids?

He did it on the Jam of the Year tour and Musicology tour as well Ssssssssss

I love this. I love your attitude. I know I would feel the same way. But believe me Funkenberry tweets are right on and I follow them the nights I do and don't go.

This is insane. This is so generous of Prince. Prince has shown love to LA and his fans in general in the past but these $25 tix and 21 shows is above and beyond awesome.

I know it sounds silly but some of the nights and moments are magical.

I know he's doing a good thing to try to help restore the forum and bring $ into the city but I also like to think that he's opening up more in this phase of his life and realizes he'd like to spend time with all of his fans who have loved him for years. He knows the true fans in LA are going to come out again and again for these prices.

I know he looks forward to seeing me each time! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I don't blame you. Hate on girl cause I feel your pain. Just keep your fingers crossed, maybe he will do this in a city near you soon. I'll hope for you too!

Yup............ I've already been to 3 concerts and working on the 4th. All the concerts were different but I was very fortunate to see him on 04/29 and YES, he was in rare form. The form I have always wanted to see him in since I never saw it back in the day. I was too young during his Purple Rain days. The 04/29 concert satisfied that need to see him in that form.

Does anyone have any footage of this infamous 4/29?? ths snake, etc. I did not see this in NY..I saw incredible shows bt I want to see pieces of what you saw.
