Well...let's assume that, being back in Minneapolis, he's gonna have his homies playin' with him. Michael...Sonny...Mr. Hayes. I think that spells some serious rock - and guitar for days.

Good Question, I want a little of Everything, I know whatever Prince chooses will be fabulous, but I do want some Musicology, Planet Earth and Lotus jams...is that too much too ask for?

Prince had played with Michael B a few other times this year. I wouldn't be surprised if he was at this gig too, tbh. Because they are a hired band who, in his own words, will travel anywhere he wants with him. I'm guessing the Montreux/Monaco band had prior commitments. He doesn't like playing with the same band too often. I think we'll get a different band tonight BUT I'm fine either way. This band was great on 07/07/07. I really fucking hope Yonnet isn't there, though. God I hate him. Check out my band WDG Solid Experiment's hilarious new album Birds & Bears: http://www.facebook.com/p...603?ref=ts

I'm just hoping he doesn't play a lot of covers, and more importantly that Larry Graham is nowhere near the stage!!!

I'd love to hear Girls & Boys live, it's one of my absolute favorites and I've never heard it live (I know, I know...) and I'd totally love to hear Mountains too. Oh, and I'd FREAK if he played Anotherloverholenyohead. Is it obvious Parade is my favorite album ever? [Edited 10/24/09 12:03pm]

[Edited 10/24/09 12:03pm] Ahhhh, Girls and Boys - just got a flashback to 21st Sept 2007, the 02 London - that was one of his final songs, if I remember correctly. I am so jealous, I would have loved to travel to PP, just too far.... I really should set up a Prince travel fund, so that I can be prepared for the next impromtu gig!

I may be asking for a bit much but I'd LOVE if he'd play "Joy in Repetition," "Question of U," and "Still Would Stand All Time"...
