UK section of Prince.org/Thanks!

Now that it's all over, shall all UKers hang in the Concerts forum or should there be a UK section?

It might alienate some, but I do feel we've got a new little community here and I'd be sad to see it fizzle out in the Concerts section as time passes.

I'm sorry, I don't agree! This fan site is too cool because it has people from all over the world. And it's unique compared to other sites because we really strive to respect Princes wish of not putting up pictures, videos and other stuff from his concerts. Also within the short time I've been on here, I have experienced so many nice and generous personalities that it would sadden me to see a great fansite like this be split into nationalities/geographies...

I think it’s a brilliant idea! Of course we'd still be free to mingle with the more international parts of the site, but at the same time we’d have our own special place where were we can easily catch up with each other. We have shared so much this summer, and without trying to cling on to the past, it would be good to preserve the recent connections that have started here.

(talking about connections, my internet is very slow today, hence lost text in prev post )

Yeah i'm enjoying getting to know all the Brits orgers, we do seem to have quite a community going on. Still to all the international orgers, we still luv ya

I think this could be a very nice idea, and hope that the Moderators/Admins consider adding such a section to the site.

I don't feel it's in any way in the best interest of the org to start making subsections based on ethnicity, race or any other distinguishing factor between fans.
Everyone's free to make their own site tho.

nothing wrong with hangin out here at the org...but i would perfer 2 b on princes 4ums like the NPGMC.....that WAS the place 2 be...who missed the mods PP1-PP9???...i do.

Sadly I cannot make it to the meet this weekend, but let's not all completely fade away back into our normal, humdrum existences. This has been the Prince of Summers and I for one will remember it always, mostly because of the lovely people of the org It is so rare to have a non formal online community that has an actual physical focus with an opportunity to meet F2F, even if it was a fleeting one. That's what made it so very special IMHO

I agree. I did used to go through all the forums but now just stick to this one.

We've all shared an amazing experience over the past couple of months and just because the actual event is over, we will have many stories and comments to share for a long time to come.

I hope we all keep in touch via this forum from now until forever, ready for when Prince is ready to do it all over again!!!!!
