Brace yourselves...

Those who read my last thread on this will know that my sister has abandoned me for the final night to go on her hols. You may berate her on Sunday in F1 row A.

Therefore, on 21st September 2007, I can now confirm I have a spare concert ticket (Stage Suite) and a spare aftershow ticket (downstairs) to go to a good home.

The legal(ish) bit:

(i) I will only sell for FACE VALUE plus Ticketmaster's Admin fee. Bribery will be ignored!! I really want these to go to a genuine fam who'll be good entertainment, who is a laugh, and who'll help me drink all the champagne they give us.

(ii) The Aftershow ticket is currently in my hand, but I'm not prepared to send it in advance because I'd be really peeved if someone then stuck it on ebay.

(iii) Despite my complaints to TM, the Stage Suite tickets will be collected by me at the Box Office on Friday as soon as I get there (they've refused to post, saying too valuable, which is nonsense). Anyway, it means you'll get yours the minute I get mine.

(iv) Which obviously leaves me open to being let down on the night, so I'll have a reserve list for people who are heading down there ticketless and will call you each in turn if I'm let down.

(v) I recognise nobody wants to hand over money in advance of receiving the tickets (not unlike how we pay TM), particularly to someone you don't really know, so if it has to be sorted on the night itself, I'll have to take that risk. However, if anyone wants to meet on Sunday or Thursday and pay in advance, then they'll go to the top of the list (FYI, I'm a lawyer, so entirely trustworthy).

(vi) While the pictures on the last thread were lovely, I will consider images of enormous-breasted women in bikinis and really hot weather girls to be a bribe (Squirrel et al, take note!). However, would be delighted if purchaser turned out to be a really hot enormous-breasted weather girl in a bikini.

(vii) The downside, of course, is that you'll have to sit next to me most of the evening, but I'm not bad company and will have a cool T-shirt and a glowstick (if that's not enough to put everyone off!).

So, the ultimate package (the tickets, not me), for the ultimate night, of the ultimate tour.

To keep it fair, I'll leave the thread running until Sunday, and then will start org-ing you in order of postings until I find someone who I can trust not to fail to show up on Friday.

Update: Thanks to all you orgers for the interest - I'm delighted to say that I've now sold the both tickets at face value to an orger who cabbed all the way to the O2 tonight to get them! Apologies for not sending a note to each of you personally - but there were 58 of you and I've T shirts to order!! Good luck to those still hunting for Friday! LMM

I should have added that I'd prefer to sell both to the same person, but in the event that nobody wants both, I'll split them on Sunday. Can you make it clear in the posting whether you're interested in both, concert or aftershow please? Cheers!

Ok, I'm game. For £300 I'll damn near have to protitute myself for a day but it'll be worth it.

Unfortunately, I'm not a glamour model, but a 29 year male who knows how to keep the good times going for his friends and those around him.

So if you're still left with these tix in hand then I would be very, very keen to go out with a party to remember.

I PMed you before I read the thread and I see that stage suites are 300 quid. Ouch. I can't afford that so I guess you'll either ignore my PM or take pity on me!

Are u still selling the tickets as a package? I only need the aftershow one. Wouldn't be able to meet you until the Friday but am going to main show on Friday (already have ticket) so will definitely be there. If none of these lovely people want to take it off your hands then I would be only too happy to oblige! (Yeah I know I have no chance but if U ain't in it...)

I know I'm now way down the list (damn my company and their effective firewall!) but nothing ventured nothing gained and all that...

I'd be up for both tickets, will drink as much champagne as can be placed in front of me (and any more I can lay my hands on), will be embarrassingly excited, and will not flag! If there's the remotest chance you might be calling, orgnote me and I'll send my mobile number. I can get to the O2 in about an hour from my flat.

I have a ticket for the main show but I can't justify leaving my family far behind to go to another main show. But if I could go to the aftershow as well my wife has said she'd entirely understand. I'd happily pass my F3 ticket on to someone else, or give someone else a chance at the stage suite. Hell I'll sit in the toilets and listen to the main show if I could go to the aftershow!

Wowwwww, I'm so tempted, as I have neither a ticket for the main show or the aftershow for the 21st yet. I even took next Friday off work, to sit on Ticketmaster in case they release some more tickets.

I have the similar Zep dilemma, because of that I don't think I can realistically stretch to the Stage Suite (two days ago I could have, bloody Zep reforming, blah blah, blah, heh heh heh). However, a shirt company that was making a special purple shirt (how sad is that!!) for me (for the Sunday 16th show), screwed up the sizing and so I cancelled the order, so I have that money to work with....., so it is borderline acceptable.

I don't do alcohol and that was one of your criteria, but I sure ain't a sit down and clap politely after each song type!).

God, there are so many gorgeous women at these gigs.....must be loads on here too ..., so I wouldn't blame you for discriminating on gender, ha ha ha.

I would be sooooo up for the Aftershow ticket though.

I am new on here, but have been to 5 Arena and 3 Aftershows so far. I love too much other music to be 'hardcore' (as in get bootlegs and stuff), but adore Prince (even more after this series of shows).

A bit of Zep gossip, a really good friend of mine is close friends with RP and she told me about this show in May, but I had to keep confidence about it (boy I am relieved no more cryptic hints to friends). They have been rehearsing for months and I suspect they wouldn't just do that for one show (nudge, nudge). RP texted her on Wednesday night and said she has one ticket for her and one for her daughter (how sweet is that).

BTW did you know Prince did a killer version of "Whole Lotta Love" at the 13th Aftershow? I thought I had died and woken up in Heaven.....
