Go to Customer Services when you get there (as early as you can). They have a supply of tickets for this purpose. The couple next to me at the concert on 10th August had tickets in the upper tier but the height literally made her feel sick so they went to Customer Services and were given alternative tickets. Try that. | |

I had tickets for F1 that night so wanted to change those too and was first told by Customer Services that they only hold "swap" tickets for pregnant women and those who suffer with vertigo in the upper tier. So they defo have tickets for this purpose. Worth a try. Lay it on thick. Get there early and I reckon you'll get them changed over. | |
