... does anybody know roughly when this went up??

Bought 2 tickets for Sep 1st upper tier and I'm trying to see if I've got any weight behind my reason for and exchange.

I know it's highly unlikely I'll get anywhere..... but it's worth a try.

What does it say? No one under 5' 2" is allowed in the building because Prince likes to be the smallest MF in the building??

Go to Customer Services when you get there (as early as you can). They have a supply of tickets for this purpose. The couple next to me at the concert on 10th August had tickets in the upper tier but the height literally made her feel sick so they went to Customer Services and were given alternative tickets. Try that.

They will not swap tickets until about 5 minutes before the show starts. My wife does not suffer from vertigo, but thought our upper tier seats were scary. Then they turned out the house lights and she nearly freaked. So we went to customer services and we got row A in the upper tier.

To be honest I think the ticket allocation has been really bad. I think they hold back tickets in certain places for this very reason.

I saw two people at two different concerts with plaster casts on their legs. They were refused alternative seats.

At one concert we had 4 drunk men in front of us, and complained to customer services they were throwing alcohol everywhere, which was a small extension of the truth. We got row B seats upper tier.

And made the bouncers/security officers day because they were bored with nothing to do. Mind you it is up to the venue to stop serving those who have already had enough to drink, like any establishment that serves alcohol. But why should/would they when it is all money in the pocket for the O2.
