Saturday 11th August - Real Time Updates ;)

Well, after the success of last week's thread (about 6000 views by the time I woke up on Sunday afternoon!!)...how could I not?

So without further ado.....Militant presents.....Prince, Real Time Updates from The 02....sponsored by T-Mobile Sidekick 3...lol.

Right now I'm at a relatives place in North London. Leaving here in 10 minutes to make my way to the venue.....

After a year or so of looking at prince.org I finally registered last week. I was unable to thank you straight away due to the 5 day posting rule. Thanks a lot for taking the time to update us all again.

If todays posts are half as good as last time, you'll be keeping a lot of people happy tonight! It was like being there!

OK, so I just got to the O2.

Now to find my seat. Unfortunately I couldn't get lower tier for this one, but my higher tier seat is good...from looking at the chart it seems to be right at the front of the higher tier, in row A, directly facing the spiral side of the symbol. So I should be able to see most of the action from here. I'm so hyped yall! Wondering how the set will differ from last Saturday and what has changed. I honestly wouldn't mind if the set was exactly the same, but based on the other setlists I've seen, I'd like it if he sang girls & boys, joy in repetition, I wanna be ur lover ,anotherloverholenyohead or somewhere here on earth.

The wishful thinker in me wants uptown, computer blue, she's always in my hair, hot thing, glam slam, anna stesia, love2the9s, TMBGITW, in this bed eye scream, high, love and chelsea rodgers, tho.....

No more earth tour bags at the merch stand....but some cool prince pillowcases...lol.....if I was a girl I'd probably get one..lol.....

Today ill be meeting up with, but not sitting with, some of my friends from Radio 1 and the Asian Network (anyone who remembers my 3121 listening party review will know who.....here's a hint....the Mail on Sunday called him to do the first Planet Earth review a week or so before the giveaway ).

Hey yall

Found my seat!!! Its the very front row of the upper tier and I have a great view of the whole of the stage. Ill actually b able 2 c more of the band and the back of the stage than last week. I am looking directly down onto the stage, and if you drew a direct straight line from where I am, it would hit the left point of the symbol.

I don't know how I'd be able to upload pics from my sidekick but if someone would be so kind as to post their email address, I could email some pics for them to post up on the board. Ideally someone that's gonna be awake for another 7/8 hours in so, in case I can get some pics from the aftershow, too (yes ill b reporting on that)

My updates will be sporadic, obviously and probably a little less frequently than last week but I promise to update as often as possible!!

They are playing sexy dancer over the PA system!!!! The arena is about three quarters full right now and I expect the support act to come on within the next half hour.

OK I figured it out yall. I can use imageshack from my phone. Bit of an arduous process so don't expect too many photos lol. (Plus I don't wanna piss Prince off, he could be reading this right now!!! If you are, P, I'm sorry and you're the greatest!!!)

Photo taken about 15 mins ago so the arena is a lot fuller now!!! And the smoke lights are on and there's some ambient classical music playing.

Lights have gone down!!! RNRHOF intro playin!!! So no support act 2nite.
