Toilet facilities

How are the toilet facilities at the O2? Do we have to queue up, or is there easy access from the Arena? The reason I`m asking is cause my girlfriend is pregnant, and needs the facilities more frequently than usual wink So my son is at his first Prince-consert at the age og -3 months biggrin

I get where you're coming from, my wife went through the same last year!

There are plenty of toilets around all over the arena. Obviously I didn't specifically notice the ladies but there were no queues for the mens.
