Ticketmaster: 'Customers in Other Countries' button wasn't there when I ordered

I realized that they now have an option for customers in other countries on their site.

I ordered my tickets on the first day and this option wasn't available then. What about my tickets? Will they still be send to me or do I have to get them at the box office?

I ordered tickets for August 17th. But I go on holiday on August 4th. So I need the ticktes until then - otherwise I can't go to the concert, because tickets will be send to my home adress in Germany.

Anybody outside the UK got his/her tickets yet?

I'm in the exact same jam and have already posted a message in one of the threads about my greatest fear: not getting the tixs on time before I leave for London. Ticketmonster explicitely says they won't refund any ticket claimed undelivered or lost and asked to be contacted only if you didn't get your tickets 10/ 7 days prior to the show booked.I've asked for international mail but should've opted for collecting them at the box office and now I can't change that option from "my ticketmaster".....So, I'm also asking: Anybody else here from overseas got their tixs yet?? Please answer it's important !

I am also in the same situation but I think it will be o.k. In the address on "my ticketmaster" the country is good. Let's hope checked this when this changed into "other countries".

What matters to them is the address related to the credit card used. That's the only address they will send tix to.
Sa basically, you could live in the UK and use a german credit card and still your tix would be sent to the address in Germany.

My credit card adress is the same as my living adress. It's both in Hamburg, Germany.

But from August 4th on I will be in England. So I have no need for the tickets sent to Germany after that date. In that case I will never get the tickets. I need them at least 2 weeks before the concerts, so that I can take them with me.

Hello!
i'm from spain and I've got tickets for 8-sep
I asked ticketmaster if they will send the tickets to my home, because in the mail confirmation say my tickets will be held at the venue collection point, and their response:

"When you booked online you selected the Venue Pickup option. This will enable you to collect the tickets at the venue box office on the evening of the event from when the doors open. Unfortunately, we are unable to change this. You will need your confirmation code and the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets."

but I havent any possibility when I booked online, so I'll must go to the box office the concert's day

(sorry 4 my english)

SO this means that they won't send you the tickets, even if you haven't had the possibiliy when booking?

I got an e-mail where they say, that tickets will be send in an white envelope. So I'm awaiting a white envelope.

They can't just change their rules after the order has taken place.

In the Jolly Old UK there are currenly various Postal disputes going on and this has resulted in strike actions that are causing serious delays to the postal service.

It would probably be safer to pick your tickets up from the o2 box office..

I’ve purchased 2 tickets 4 the aftershow, and this time I’ve selected the post opcion, and in the mail confirmation they say:

"Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until 7-10 days before the event. Please do not contact us unless you have not received your tickets within 7 days of the event"
