How many NPG members online without tix for London gigs? Hey all,
As I gather, I am not the only soul who has failed miserably to secure a single ticket 4 the upcoming UK tour dates in London. Just out of curiosity and also to hopefully raise a few eyebrows at NPG, it would be great if all NPG members who tried but failed to buy tickets online this morning could reply with to this email. It will also give every1 an idea of the demand 4 these pre sale tix and will help every1 see just how much of a mess this situation is. Surely all those with NPG Membership, willing to pay the amount for a pre sale ticket, should get a ticket - agree? Dance On, Owen UK O+>

Woke up this morning feeling happy and couldn't wait for 10:00.
By the time, I got in they were gone... Waiting on an e-mail response now... Everybody is special. Everybody. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. Everybody. Everybody has their story to tell.

Hi Owen
As you know, I have no tickets. The club should be able to sell as many tickets as members require. IF there are any left then ticketmaster can sell them. Jon

Yes I would. Look at all these treads and posts complaining. The reason for the high volume of complaints is because the whole thing has been a cock up. You are jumping between the threads, trying to piss people off by quoting the "Disclaimer" remarks. Well if quotes are applicable, I'll keep quoting the "ALL 2002 members will B able 2 buy tickets 2 days before the general public". I signed up to that quote BEFORE the disclaimer was added to the site. So the disclaimer is VOID. People have genuine complaint, if you don't like it, stay away. .

Like alot of you guys, I missed out on Saturday's concert. Complain and ask 4 more tickets is the only thing we can do, so, send out your emails to NPGMC

is it possible that some of you were getting your technique of entering the site wrong?
i'll tell you what i did. i have 56k connection and double clicked the login at 9.55 and didn't get a response until 4 mins later because the site was so jammed. i then i had to double click and wait a similair amount of time for each page to load. then i got to the credit card and checkout page and each time i transmitted info from there then it went through straight away. that was 10.19 approx. i found earlier on that if i double clicked again through frustration i went back to square one. as if it was a queuing system. i think refresh and repeated double clicks may have caused problems for some people. just a thought but possibly a valid one for sundays pre sale. anyway. i think more tickets will be made available for these shows possibly. send them a sensible email explaining the situation sensibly and you may get a response.

I wonder how many UK members of NPGMC there are, and how many tickets were for sale ?
My guess is that the pre-sale selling out is less to do with the number of tickets they could sell, and more to do with the number of fans Prince wants at the sound checks. Also, if they promised the first 2 rows to NPGMC members with pre-sale tickets, and then sold the entire first block, fans would complain even more.
