US Govt tracking reporters and Immigration advocates through a secret database

https://www.nbcsandiego.c...83231.html

The documents detail an intelligence-gathering effort by the United States and Mexican authorities, targeting more than 50 people including journalists, an attorney, and immigration advocates

Documents obtained by NBC 7 Investigates show the U.S. government created a secret database of activists, journalists, and social media influencers tied to the migrant caravan and in some cases, placed alerts on their passports.

Uggh. So now Trump's Dept of Homeland Security, CBP, and ICE are essentially keeping track of jounalists that covered the caravans, and immigration advocates that were trying to help them. mad

Too bad they didn't actually track where the children and their parents were sent. They are still saying they don't know identities or whereabouts of both. SMDH disbelief

Exactly. They can waste the resources and money tracking journalists and activists, but they can't keep track of where they placed the kids.

Many of those on the list had traveled with the migrant caravans as they arrived in Mexican border cities from Central America to seek asylum. Others on the list, according to lawyers representing them, had provided legal assistance or aid to migrants but had not traveled with the caravans at all.

What are you outraged about today? CNN has not told you yet?

That is the problem with undocumented and unaccounted for people within a society.

SOROS funded OPS. My understanding is they are being investigated as Soros is trying to meddle in American politics, like the Russians.

It's abhorrent.

You are buying into taking his posts at face value.

He has repeatedly told us he's "playing a character".
