While I agree that liberals can be misinformed, I disagree that they willfully lie and mislead with impunity the way FOX and talk radio does.

Also, I remember RWM types screaming about voter fraud but they've been oddly silent on this:

Election fraud in North Carolina.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A key witness testified Monday that she engaged in fraudulent and illegal activity involving absentee ballots in a congressional race in North Carolina as part of a get-out-the vote operation to benefit the Republican congressional candidate in a race that is still unresolved.

She admitted taking absentee ballots for money and discarding them.
She was urged to plead the 5th and not testify. This is madness— democracy is up for sale.

Wrong . Duke barely got any votes the last time he ran in 2016. If it wasn't for Trump, he would be in the toilet.

Not to mention Louisiana is 32% African-American, and not ALL white people are racist. New Orleans is over 60% African-American. As I just said on another thread, we recently voted in an African-American female mayor, LaToya Cantrell.

People don't understand "the south" - "the north" likes to think they are better, they're not - I've lived in both. They are just different. Voter suppression is a thing here because of the population breakdown that northern states do not share. The north can, and does wipe out the minority vote, because of the demographics, not because they are superior in their views on race.

lol David Duke is originally from Oklahoma though.

Regionalism has to be recognized for the divisions it creates without understanding that voting (and the suppression of voting) is all about representation, no matter what part of the country.

Agree. The Electoral College, Gerrymandering, and plain old dirty tricks Voter Suppression (via "mistakes", shortened voting hours etc etc) are the trifecta of unfair representation.

Can any on here hear the howls of outrage about the electoral college if 2 of the last 3 democratic presidents had loast the popular vote and gotten elected? You know, like 2 out of the last 2 republican ones?

The 2 since the 1800's - GW Bush & Trump - They are getting better at fixing elections, whatever way they are doing it.

One person, one vote, counted fairly. The only way it really works. hammer

THEN we deal with what we got. Oh, and it would be nice if that other 43% of eligible voters would actually cast their vote. If we didn't have the Electoral College, Gerrymandering and Voter Suppression, maybe people would VOTE!

Since I moved to LA, my Presidential vote has not counted, including Obama, 2x. Courting apathy in younger voters, no doubt.

Except your facts are totally wrong about David Duke and his last Senate race. You need to update your go-to sources. Cincinnati ain't that far across the river to be pointing fingers either.

WASHINGTON — The top tax-writing committee in the House is readying a request for years of President Donald Trump’s personal tax returns that is expected to land at the Internal Revenue Service as early as the next few weeks, according to congressional aides involved in the process. And Democrats are prepared to "take all necessary steps," including litigation, in order to obtain them.

To the surprise of exactly nobody, FOX NEws intentionally sat on and squashed the Trump/Stormy Daniels story before the election.

http://www.newshounds.us/fox_news_killed_stormy_daniels_payoff_story_before_election_030419

In a must-read exposé of Fox News in the Trump era, The New Yorker's Jane Mayer reveals that Fox reporter Diana Falzone uncovered Trump’s hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election only to have the story killed by the network.

Some highlights from Tucker Carlson regarding race

“I mean everyone’s embarrassed to be a white man I guess, that’s a bad thing.”

“[W]hite men, you know, they’ve contributed some, I would say … Well, I mean creating civilization and stuff, I think they’ve done a pretty—I don’t know, whatever!”

“Iraq is a crappy place filled with a bunch of, you know, semiliterate primitive monkeys—that’s why it wasn’t worth invading.”

“[Iraq is] never going to be a civilized country because the people aren’t civilized.”

“I’m not defending the [Iraq] war in any way, but I just have zero sympathy for them or their culture. A culture where people just don’t use toilet paper or forks.”

“[Iraqis] can just shut the fuck up and obey, is my view. And, you know, the second we leave, they’re going to be calling for us to return because they can’t govern themselves.”

“If there were a Democrat to come out in the 2008 election and say, ‘You know what the problem is? It’s Islamic extremism. It’s not terror, it’s not some, you know, indefinable threat out there. It’s these lunatic Muslims who are behaving like animals, and I’m going to kill as many of them as I can if you elect me.’ If a Democrat were to say that, he would be elected king, OK?”

“The Congressional Black Caucus exists to blame the white man for everything, and I’m happy to say that in public because it’s true. Everyone knows it’s true.”

“Everybody knows that Barack Obama would still be in the state Senate in Illinois if he were white.”

I started a thread about what a dick this guy really is

What an ignorant asshole. You can tell he embraces that ignorant, false white supremacy ideology. He is so desperate to believe he comes from some superior race, separate from the only human race that exists. Lmao, what an idiot. Just think about all the other idiots that’s as ignorant as he is. It’s pathetic that there are so many like him with that kind of ignorance.

Here’s my take on his ignorant comments:

He said the White man started civilization? Is he more stupid than he appears, because that is absolutely not true.

He said the Black Caucus exists to blame the white man for everything? Lmao. No tucker, it’s folks like you, Fox News, trump and racists who never take accountability for your own failures, so you have to blame everyone else, that’s not White for your unaccountability.

No tucker, Iraqi’s are not primitive, but your mentality is.
