I thought so too, but his denial though. He called “amanamanous” (Trumps pronunciation) a coward. He’d be calling himself a coward. Kelleyanne Conway’s denial was the least over the top.

Rumor someone from National Security. This puts Trump at danger and we need investigation. I can imagine with Trump he was at War with some of them early on and they have connections to Obama. I watched the Obama rant yesterday where he wanted to take credit for the August numbers. He still thinks he is President? I said it before Trump needs to gut out more of the government. I don't believe it is as a high profile person as people speculate. It is lower level than a Paul Ryan or Pence it is someone without a household name. Known but unknown to majority of people.

Obama is sick of all the Trump lies. Obama is not trying to take credit for the August numbers, Obama was taking credit for what HE did while in office, that Trump keeps lying about. Obama knows he isn't President.

Obama came out strong against Trump yesterday and I'm glad. This needs to start happening more and more. Everyone needs to start standing up to Trump including his own people.

Lawyer after lawyer after lawyer has stated that this letter is NOT a national security risk. The only thing about this letter that is a national security risk is it shows that Trump is a maniac. And he seriously needs a psyc eval.

We need to gut the government of Trump.

he hasn't said anything as far as i know.

i heard his name mentioned on list of people who potentially wrote the piece, & his name immediately made sense to me. the nyt piece has the feel of being the product of someone who's written op-eds, & hassett has a great deal of experience with that.

From Wikipedia

Kevin Allen Hassett is an American economist and the Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers. He is known for his work on tax policy and for coauthoring the book Dow 36,000, published in 1999. Prior to becoming Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers, Hassett was the State Farm James Q. Wilson Chair in American Politics and Culture and Director of Research for Domestic Policy at the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank.[1] He was John McCain's chief economic adviser in the 2000 presidential primaries and an economic adviser to the campaigns of George W. Bush in the 2004 presidential election and McCain in the presidential election of 2008. He was among Mitt Romney's economic advisers for the 2012 presidential campaign.[2]

He’s worked with Bush and McCain, so perhaps with McCain passing it triggered some soul searching.

Obama took office and stocks were at all-time low. Trump took office they are at all-time highs. Those are the facts. If a man has a penny and makes another penny that is double but if he has $1000 dollars and makes $100 that is 10% gain. So keep giving Obama that credit for doubling a penny and handing out money to "save" the economy. The only reason why Obama tried to quit crashing the stock market was from all the pressure from Fox News. Thank God to Fox for saving America.

Obama took office as the entire country was on the verge of a collapse brought upon by GW Bush. He took this mess and saved the country from a republican led mess.

Trump took office as W took office, with a nation on the top of it’s form. W fucked that all up. Let’s just hope Trump’s tax cuts don’t fuck us all up.

As I stated many times, these hardcore Trump supporters (like this poster) are totally beyond reason and rationality. They are totally engaged in a "cult of personality" worship. Almost like Moonies or Branch Davidians or Manson followers.

^ Completley. Fox does not report facts - their stories have been debunked over and over and over. This belief that ALL other news sources are "fake" is not born of common sense. One singular news outlet is filtering everything it puts out and people think that is where the truth is being disseminated.

TrivialPursuit

I think "loadstar" is a red herring; it's there purposely to throw people off the scent, and maybe even pitch the VP against Frumpy McOrangeface. I don't know who it is, but I do think Pence is at least book smart enough to not use something like that.

This experience will cover courtship, sex, commitment, fetishes, loneliness, vindication, love, and hate.

I'd be curious to know who Trump suspects. He'd be a fool to not consider Mike Pence. I personally think it's several people working together.

Omarosa said this morning on msnbc that it could be Nicholas Ayres who works for Pence.

https://hinterlandgazette...ation.html

”Omarosa Manigault-Newman spills more tea on the Trump administration, telling MSNBC’s Alex Witt that “hashtag #TFA, for the 25th amendment, was frequently used in the White House.

She said not only did staffers use the hashtag in text messages, but Trump family members also did the same whenever he would act incompetently, insanely, erratically, etc. She said when he did something so crazy, we used hashtag #TFA and just kept moving.

She said she went through her text message chains and found that the hashtag #TFA was used more than 100 times. Newman said the hashtag was frequently used by people working in agencies, family members and friends. In other words, they have zero respect for Donald Trump, who likes to brag that he hires the best people.

Newman also said that the anonymous op-ed that appeared in the New York Times came from Vice President Mike Pence’s office. She specifically named Nick Ayres as a real possibility of being the person behind the op-ed.”
