Ahh, I see what you did there. You were talking history and "the spirit of the bill" to argue that the framer's of the Constitution only intended it for white men, I made the point that now, the Bill of Rights applies to all Americans regardless of race or sex, and so you play the strawman card to suggest that I am making the argument that there is no inequality. Nice try.

Fact: the Bill of Rights applies to all Americans regardless of race or sex. Anyone infringing on the rights of another, regardless of race or sex, are violating their rights and can be prosecuted.

True story. Look it up.

It is not inconceivable to frame the inequalities practiced against all minority groups in this country
as a dereliction of equally granting liberty and freedom. Furthermore, one can justifiably frame the
continued oppression and marginalization of minority groups as a true reflection of the original spirit
of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution which were written with only rich white men in mind.

#Faks.

How many times can you move the goal post to further your agenda?

Thank you for demonstrating how your twisted racial dogma makes it a waste of time to attempt to rationally discuss such issues with you.

The reality is that today all Americans, regardless of race, sex or religion, share the same protections from the Bill Of Rights and the Constitution. The solution to inequality is to use those rights and protections in a court of law when necessary.

Protesting the ACLU, the Constitution and attacking Freedom Of Speech amounts to protesting the very institutions that are designed to guarantee those rights for all of us, and therefore, is monumentally stupid.

By focusing on the intentions of the framers of the Constitution, you disrespect all who sacrificed in the fight to include women and minorites in those rights. Thanks to the progress they made we now all share the same rights. Now the fight is insuring those rights are upheld, not tearing down the very institutions that insure them.

Since you insist on digging your heels in with your regressive ideology and refuse to have an honest discussion without using strawman arguments and moving the goal posts at every turn, I shall stop wasting my time attempting to have a reasonable and logical debate with you. Clearly, you're not worth the effort.

You say that, but where then are the "real BLM" and why are they not speaking out? Instead, we have evidence in this very thread that some defend and attempt to justify this protest.

just like in the topic where the woman steals the man's MAGA hat... some blamed Trump as if Trump made the woman steal some guy's property. Or how some defend Bill Maher's use of that word. It is the defend their own at all cost... and if you do not agree you are either not smart enough or you are just mad you can not do the same.

With Love, Honor & Respect for all of you...no matter how I argue or disagree my heart is full of love for you all...

A wee bit of context:

I don't know what your intention was, but, the context described in the article reinforces the idea that it is FOOLISH to protest the ACLU and the Constitution. wink
