Yes, they're missing in action too. I doubt these are the last protests that we will see. Trump didn't acknowledge the white nationalists as a hate group because they are a large part of his voter base. Rob Reiner, actor, even gave his opinion about this mess. He asked where was Jared Kushner's comment on the protest turned riot. Trump as president was a bad idea from the beginning. I bet more people are seeing that now. If he supports the white nationalists, he should have taken a position as grand wizard of their organization instead of running for the position of president of the U.S. I'm pretty sure other countries are seeing how America is more divided, since trump's presidency. America is still a big mess with race relations. [Edited 8/12/17 17:08pm]

Especially since the morons we saw today hate Jews (especially rich ones like Kushner) as much as they hate Latinos and Blacks and Muslims.

You're right. Electing Trump was a bad idea- when you have someone who owes their victory to dividing people instead of uniting them, days like today can be the outcome of that mentality.

Our leader in action. Disgusting. He carefully read that stupid "on many sides" statement like he was in a courtroom. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Saw this shit was coming. When I made a thread about the first Charlottesville protest it got pretty much ignored. But those people don't go away. Duke ran for Senator here last Fall. Seeing him get national press is astounding in a very bad way.

So does everyone else. White Americans are not indigenous to America. Racist white supremacists need to learn and remember that truth. White nationalists are supporters of racial hatred. That's what they displayed today.

A true Christian, wouldn't wish hate and death on others or embrace and support 12 hate groups, exercising and promoting racial hatred in Virginia.

Exactly. Jane Elliot and Tim Wise have been warning folks about these followers of white supremacy, ignorant ideology for years. Interesting how some orgers in the past, said some of these groups were small and no threat to America, yet there were kkk members, alt-right groups, neo-nazis and other hate groups, teaming up with those groups, to promote their hate in the rally they organized today.

True, and his speech was very short about what happened in Virginia. Let's hope we don't see more of these types of incidents. Prayers to the family that lost their daughter today in that crash, as well as, the family of the two state troopers who died in the helicopter crash. With what occurred in Virginia today, should be a wake up call for America, to stop running from our racial issues, and find some way to discuss/confront it in a respectful manner or we will have a repeat of the pre-60s' era.

Exactly.Remember Trump's campaign rallies? These hateful, racist deplorables were there, all gleeful and energized because of the racist, bloated, orange pig that their party chose as their nominee. They were thinking "finally,a candidate that shares our own views".
