i love the chain of right-wing responses here:

1. nuh-uh, never happened. an "insider source" is lying to the fake media. i read a report that proves it never happened.

2. okay, it happened. but no laws were broken.

3. we need to find and prosecute the person who let it be known this happened.

4. this is a private matter between trump and isreal.

Sorry my friend, but the battle for funniest line of the thread has already been won by THIS response:

"Russia is not in the fight against ISIS and have not pledged any support to such endeavors. Russia is NOT an ally"

err ohgoon

you do realize trump himself said that russia needs to step up their efforts against ISIS and that they arent doing enough, right?

and the pentagon has also critized russia for not doing enough.

she's not saying anything new or false. most of the right wing agrees with her statement.

No one can fathom the narrow, small-minded view of the right wingers. They should be nervous that one or both of the houses will flip in 2018.

In fact, what significant action has Russia taken in the "war against ISIS" ? In between helping Assad and Iran, of course.

this seems to be the kind of mindset that gave us Trump! People are tired of being insulted and bullied and shamed into thinking the way others do. I wonder if that is why you think the way you do? The odd part is you call me narrow and small minded for what? Thinking differently that you do?
But isn't that a small minded point of view? "I am right and anyone that is not in line with me is wrong!" Something to think about.

Dave Chappelle Apologizes For Telling Viewers To Give Donald Trump A Chance "I f**ked up."

By Ron Dicker

Dave Chappelle has one big regret about his appearance on “Saturday Night Live” last November ― and it wasn’t a punchline.

Just days after Donald Trump was elected president, Chappelle went the magnanimous route during his monologue and asked viewers to give the new leader a chance.

But that was then.

On Monday, the comedian expressed regret for his “SNL” remarks at a charity event in New York City.

“I was the first guy on TV to say ‘Give Trump a chance.’ I f―ked up. Sorry,” he said at the Robin Hood Foundation benefit, according to MSNBC’s Willie Geist.

Whoa! The Chapelle SNL comments came up in theColbert thread. Of course he said all that BEFORE Drumpf took office. I give him props for his magnanimity, but clearly he has come to see the light.

Trump should be really scared of a Democrat-controlled Congress. They will have the votes to impeach him and that's looking more and more likely each day.

Trump so clearly wants to be impeached. I think he got tired of the job after 2 weeks. Unfortunately the GOP has zero morality and it will take something catastrophic before they stand up against him.

This latest scandal about Comey's notes might do the trick. They'd honeslty be better off with Pence. We'd be screwed until the house and/or snetat flipped, but Pence could pull Jerry Ford duty.

They will not, at least not for the foreseable future. The only way is if they have a plan ready to get it done and just get him out so they can enact their twisted agenda with Pence at the helm

Well, he won't want to be charged wth obstruction of justice, so he'd have to just leave.

You don't think the threat of losing their seats is enough? Guess they held on for 6 years and figure it'll last - but nothing lasts forever...
