Republican death panels. They are they ones really pushing death panels. I personally know of a handful of people who with the expanded Medicare option, were not scared to go to the doctor and be potentially in debt for life and received life saving care that they wouldn't have previously.

The insane part, before Obamacare, people without healthcare flooded the emergency rooms and raised personal and hospital debt and lost lives. Honestly this is real death panels and the republicans will have real blood on their hands if the poor lose their healthcare.

If this passes I will lose mine. I'm so pissed. My state was actually getting somewhere with the ACA and expanded Medicaid. This is a terrible backslide that will cost lives and hurt children.

Paul Ryan talking point that this is about American Freedom. The freedom to choose NOT to have healthcare. WTF? I wanna strangle him everytime he says that.

Unlike the media and the democrats, I will give a complete answer with all the facts.

I'm on an employer-sponsored healthcare plan which costs me $200 a month in payroll deductions, but it includes a $8K deductible which means I have no coverage until I pay $8,000 each year.

Since I have yet to spend $8,000 this year, no I do NOT have health insurance.

He should blame his employer for picking such a shitty plan for him and their employees. THEY choose to save money by getting a plan like that. Blame should be placed where it belongs

Bernie Sanders did a town hall in West Virginia, the heart of coal country and Trumpsters. They poll the audience, how many are on Medicaid. Almost everybody raises their hands? I thought it was socialism? See, they think socialism is giving stuff to poor blacks.

Sanders mentioned single payer. Huge applause. wow.

That has always been the effing lie. Truth is, social medicine doesn't discrimminate and the majority of the country is "white". As many of us have been saying, the imbeciles that voted in Trump will LOSE healthcare and medicaid faster than anybody.

They focused on the wrong message trump was promoting at the time of his candidacy, while he knew exactly how to con them by distracting them intentionally, about what his real intentions were going to be. If they really thought he cared for the poor/lower class, then they really didn't do much research on him.

If something happens, by law nobody in need of medical attention can be turned away.

No, I'm not glad Obamacare caused deductibles to skyrocket. I'd be much better off unemployed, as I would then get healthcare for free with no deductibles.

Yep. And if Trump wants to take credit for it when it happens like it was all a part of some greater scheme, that's just fine with me.

That's a controversial subject because there's no known cure for cancer, which makes it harder to get insurance companies to pay for treatment. But having insurance doesn't make a difference anyway.

http://www.bankrate.com/finance/insurance/insuring-costs-cancer-1.aspx

"We have a number of drugs in oncology that have been FDA-approved in the last decade or so that tend to cost around $100,000 for a year's treatment," he says. A few examples: $85,000 per year for the colon cancer drug Avastin; $92,000 for the prostate cancer drug Provenge; and $8,000 to $9,000 a month for the melanoma drug Yervoy.

Expensive new procedures such as proton beam therapy and da Vinci robotic surgery can just as easily bust a copayer.

"I get letters every week from people looking for some way to pay off a bill," Dr. Brawley says. "I get the guy who thinks he has great insurance and then his 12-year-old kid gets leukemia, and he finds out that the 20 percent copay on a $300,000 health bill is more money than he makes in a year. That's a real story."

Canosa says health insurance will typically cover medical expenses, doctor visits, hospital visits, drugs and other medications.

What it won't cover includes your deductible; the copay (a preset dollar amount you must pay each time you have a medical service); co-insurance (you pay a certain percentage of your health care costs); and of course your health insurance premium itself -- you don't want that to lapse just when you need it most.

Because it is much cheaper, it covers everything; dentristry being a biggie. They take it out of your taxes so you don't pay. What could go wrong.

How they couldn't have a replacement plan after 7 years.....they never had one and the American public fell for the con. Now they are going to kill as many people as possible so that the "healthcare" insustry can once again profit profit profit vs give the citizens of the country what they are paying for...healthcare.
