I would believe this given the culture in Ferguson but also I could see where the hood was like "Fuck the police!" n "Fuck the white pigs." This happened in a shithole for sure. The cops likely will not even charge the minimarket worker with purchasing weed. Bullshit. Point is two wrongs don't make a right.

Go watch "OJ: Made in America"...it might open your eyes as to WHY some people might feel the way they do

Ok, I will check that out sometime.

M Brown's cousin and uncle were a part of a 'portait' interview of Mike to, show the struggles he was going through and just humanize him a bit. The uncle did talk about Mike going down a wrong path and how he was asked to try to help the nephew clear his life up. His cousin talked about how Mike, even toward him, would use his size to intimidate people to back down. He brought up some insecurities the cousin had and how that affected his behaviour.

None of that justifies Mike being murdered the way he was, unarmed and a distance away from the cop when he got shot.

I am not sure it was murder. but that is not the issue. Remember I said ALL ALONG I felt it was a crime (as I did with Zimmerman and I also said all along that Garner's death was a violation as well). But that being said: being a distance away and saying he was not armed is not even a defense or compelling evidence against Wilson. Brown was a dangerous person armed or not.

If it appeared to Wilson that brown was coming at him then deadly force is an option. The shot in the top of his skull seems to me to be the last shot fired as Brown fell and was already dead.

But anyway I continue to say it was a crime... that like I said before even if all that was true Wilson should have taken different actions and that the death was a caused by Wilson's AT BEST negligence and disregard for policy and law.

To some, there is any justification or reason ....

Exactly, that's why the pattern of 'a free pass' continues.

so would you feel better if he was killed? and before you tell some story there are many cases of a black man that was in a standoff that lived... just as there have been white people shot and killed for running from a cop....

What a total douchebag. I'm not a violent person, but if ever anybody needed to have his mouth taped shut it's that guy. Total dick trying for his 5 minutes of fame.

And yes, Eric Holder's posse did a very thorough investigation along with many others and they all came up with the same proven conclusion: He attacked the cop in his car, fought to take the cop's gun, and charged at him in the street. Hands Up Don't Shoot was a lie, even African American witnesses agreed it was a lie.

Lesson is image is everything. If Mike would have had a red Make Merica great again cap on doubt this would have happened. Nerd guys like me know better than to go walking around NYC. Street smarts and beyond. Dealing drugs on cam not smart. Fighting on cam not smart. People judge by looks. Same goes for white bikers. Trick is to be nondescript citizen and hide in the shadows of life.

I rarely leave my home and have security cams monitoring everything.
