FINALLY, Justice will be served: Charleston killer Dylann Roof sentenced to death!

This is TonyVanDam and I approved this message:

http://www.rawstory.com/2...-to-death/

Dylann Roof, who was convicted last month of m...ongregants at a church in Charleston, South Carolina, has been sentenced to death.

Roof, who was convicted last year on 33 federal counts for his role in massacring congregants at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, had represented himself in the sentencing portion of his trial.

“From what I’ve been told, I have a right to ask for forgiveness on my sentence, but I’m not sure what good that will do anyway,” Roof said. “But what I do know is that only one of you has to disagree with the other jurors.”

The 22-year-old Roof told a jury earlier this week that he “had to” commit mass murder against the church, and he didn’t feel any differently about it now than he did back in June 2015, when he brought a handgun into the church and opened fire on the congregation.

Roof told FBI investigators after his arrest that he had to kill the worshipers, but he told jurors “obviously that’s not really true.”

“I didn’t have to do it. I didn’t have to do anything,” he said. “What I meant when I said that was that I felt that I had to do it, and I still do feel like I had to do it.”

Roof denied that he was filled with hatred.

“Anyone, including the prosecution, who thinks that I’m filled with hatred has no idea what real hate is,” Roof said. “They don’t know anything about me. They don’t know what real hatred looks like. They think they do, but they don’t really.”

-----

And it's about damn time for the evils of white supremacy to start losing. All obvious white supremacists [OWS'] like Dylann deserves to died for the lives they have taken as well as the lives they have ruined.

For the moment, I'm more surprise that Schro is not happy that real justice has been serve. Never mind the fact that there are plenty of white murders in general that have been give life sentences instead of the death penelty due to the little amount of white prilivege that prevents them from being place on death row.

Standing on topic, South Carolina has surprise me today and in a good way. I didn't think Dylann was going to be place on death row at all. I stand corrected. cool

I pray for his soul and I hope he gets right with Jesus. The dead church members would agree and amazingly I bet they still would have invited him into bible study.

I am against the death penalty, even for the lowest scum.

You don't show a murderer that murder is wrong by murdering him. Sadly the US had a chance to show that they were better than this killer and they've failed. Sadly, the Death penalty deters no none and means that a killer facing a Police Officer or civilian loses nothing by killing anyone who confronts hI'm.

I'm never sure what Christians believe because on one hand they are taught to forgive and on the other the Bible supports Death Penalties.

Again, this is RodeoSchro and I promote the following answer in a positive manner:

I think you're a racist and I cannot believe you inferred from my honest question to you that somehow, I am "not happy real justice has been serve" (sic)

While I'm against the death penalty, it is the law of the land and Roof was certainly guilty of the heinous crimes he is being punished for.

Please spew your racist bile in a direction other than mine.

This has been RodeoSchro, and I do certainly agree with my post above.

He wanted the death penalty to be remembered as a martyr. He showed no remorse for the victims, although some of the victims' families forgave him. Guess his hate is worth more to him, than showing any remorse for his victims or their families

eek First of all, You are so out of order! Don't you f***ing dare call me a racist. Being in favor of the death penelty is NOT and has never been an act of racism in itself. So please GTFOOHWTBS.

And second of all, if you choose to be in denial about how white prilivege has made it possible for most white murders to never be giving the death penelty like they give the death penelty to most black murders, then in my dead honest professional opinion, you are a complete idiot! rolleyes

And that is one more reason why Dylann deserves the death penelty: He's pure evil and he doesn't even hide that fact!

Have you seen the evil face of Dylann Roof lately? But yet, Schro thinks I'm racist because I dare to say Dylann and all evil white supremacists like him deserves to die for the hurt they cause to non-white people.

This is RodeoSchro and while I'm taking time away from writing one of my humorous and popular movie reviews, I still have the ability to say this post is one that should be taken to heart:

Shut up, Tony. I think you're a racist. Everything you've ever said about me points in that direction. It wasn't enough that you had to accuse me of being in the Illuminati. Then you had to accuse me of being a "disinformation agent". For the past year you have called me a "suspected white supremacist". And none of this has been deserved, or backed up by a shred of proof.

In my eyes, that makes you nothing more or less than a racist. Take a good hard look in the mirror, and then grow up. Try acting like an adult some time, you'll like it.

I promise you, you do not have the ball to disrespect me to my face like you do behind that desktop computer at your house.

Now let get this thread back on topic:
https://www.rt.com/usa/37...ict-trial/

Dylann Roof will be put to death after a federal jury of his peers deliberated on the sentencing for three hours, according to multiple media reports. Roof was found guilty in the murder of nine people praying at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, in June 2015.

WCNC reports Roof, who was 18 at the time of the murders, showed no response to the reading of the verdict.

He will be the first person on death row for federal hate crimes.

The formal sentencing hearing will take place Wednesday at 9:30am, according to WLTX's Janae Frazier, who then subsequently reported that the judge would not grant Roof's request for new lawyers for a motion for a new trial. The judge said Roof needed to show how his lawyers did not perform admirably by the time of the sentencing hearing.

-----

Now I wonder why AND how is it possible that Dylann Roof is only the first person on death row for federal hate crimes? hmmm
