3 naked royals, no accident, PR stunts?

ok 2 naked royals, and some old crown jewls I don't want to see.

Royal family is a celebrity/product, no different than the Kardashians or Hiltons...

is 2 naked young royals simply marketting working overtime to bring the British Royal family into this generation?

Accidents?

or is it as accidental as a leaked celebrity sex tape?

just saying their 'product' is no longer favourable with the masses, some what outdated, when I think british royal

they also most likely use the same marketing and PR firms as 'celebrities'

both naked pictues fittingly appropriate, young lady naked 'but' with her husband, single lad playing up.

Now they are 'edgy'?

the young folk will relate to them better now?

Or unfortunate timing?

You're thinking too much. Not everything is a conspiracy. I'm no royalist but I do find the suggestion offensive that William would cynically use his wife for publicity in this manner in light of what happened to his Mum.

Royal family are work horses for the UK, be it diplomatic quarters, promoting Uk, industry, charity etc. Harry and William both currently hold full time jobs in the armed forces.

No

Accidents?

yes and invasion of privacy

or is it as accidental as a leaked celebrity sex tape?

Harry, William and Kate are victims. Said photographs taken and leaked by parasites seeking a large payout.

just saying their 'product' is no longer favourable with the masses, some what outdated, when I think british royal

Then you think wrong, the royal family are very popular these days.

they also most likely use the same marketing and PR firms as 'celebrities'

They employ respected firms, firms that would not touch the type of celebs your talking about with a barge pole and neither would they do anything to jeopardise clients or the firms repetitions.

I agree with Lust's post.

People in the public eye deserve privacy as well but as long as you have media whores and cosumers that lap up the bull they shovel out daily they will always be an ass round the corner willing to cross the line, push boundaries for a large pay out.

Diana was hounded to death by the press, no one wishes to see this ever to happen again. Lesson should have been learned.

no offense typo the 'royal family' is an 'older' person celebrity thing, kids have no interest, baby boomers are probably the last generation to give respect or damn about a royal family,

lol

I don't think there is any reason why the royal family is above the same tactics as a Kardashian?

who have more 'people power than the real royal family,

Kim and Kanye would get a bigger audience than William and his wife,

They are the original Kardashian's

Rich people who apparently or look like they do nothing and get paid to just that.

as I said the Kardashian at least work, the prince's been war soldiers?

again more PR, the boy ain't ever seen a battlefield,

and it takes an army to protect the actual army just for them to be at 'work'

Its ok' the government are not going to take you away if you say something bad about someone who works for them.

a thought or opinion is just that, why nervously scream 'conspiracy theory' when you hear an opinion or thought about someone who works for a government?

its very odd,

its ok, you can speak.

an opinion about a royal is not a conspiracy as is my opinion about what Kiki down the street did on holidays without her man,

chill, having a discussion,

sometimes I think some people who scream -conspiracy are actually conspiracy theorist scared into submision??

You basically screamed and pointed your finger before we could finish this discussion.

I didn't even realise until you said so, this would be considered a 'conspiracy' as usually most people would say 'opinion' but as it involves certain people you dismissed it before we had chance to finish the thought.

I lived in London during some wayward years and us Americans who

are apoplectic about any royal family are that way because we have

never experienced a royal family. The English take their royal traditions

very seriously. We've no reference for "royality" other than maybe

the Kennedys during the 60s and 70s.

And they do actually work. It's mostly volunteer stuff but they aren't

sitting on they ass up in Buckingham Palace....

Oh please, the Royal Family is a complete joke. All this Commonwealth bullshit.

Prince Phillip going to Africa saying to himself ''Oh, hello little African man, dance for me! Don't you know we used to own your family? Dance for me, little negro!''

What kind of a title is OBE? ''Order of the British Empire''. God bless Benjamin Zephaniah for rejecting the title.

Wow, Philip has certainly said some horribly butt clenching embarassing things. But he said this to himself? When was that? Was a microphone on or something or are we just inventing one of your straw men again?

Seems Benjamin would have been very happy to receive O.B.E if it was given for anything but writing..

This OBE thing is supposed to be for my services to literature, but there are a whole lot of writers who are better than me, and they're not involved in the things that I'm involved in. All they do is write; I spend most of my time doing other things. If they want to give me one of these empire things, why can't they give me one for my work in animal rights? Why can't they give me one for my struggle against racism? What about giving me one for all the letters I write to innocent people in prisons who have been framed? I may just consider accepting some kind of award for my services on behalf of the millions of people who have stood up against the war in Iraq. It's such hard work - much harder than writing poems.

Okay. Let me make my position clearer.

1) I'm not offended by critisisim of the royals. I am neither for or against them. I am indifferent to the concept. I'm offended by falacial reasoning skills so tell me how the royals are leeches and and the U.K should be a republic. I'm fine with that. It's talking shit that offends me.

2) Disagreeing with your suggestion is not indicative of me being fearful of governmental retribution. It's rediculous to leap to that conclusion. So are you suggesting that anyone who disagrees publicly with critisism of any authority (or the employees of an authority) is only doing so out of fear? Okay, so everyone secretly agrees with you but is afraid to admit it. Very narcicistic.
Besides. I live in a democracy where I feel safe in airing my views against those who govern us. I am fortunate in that regard. I wasn't born into a culture than supresses views that negate the government. E.G many of the former and current dictatorships in the Arab and Islamic world.

3) Don't be offended by my using the term "conspiracy theory" to describe your sugestion. It is by definition. You see, you theorised that the royals conspired to create this scandal. Actually. Perhaps I should have called it a conspiracy hypothesis as you are yet to turn it into a theory by anomoly hunting for confirming info in support of your pre supposition. It's easy. Let me help. Why are they suing the magazine and not the paparazi photographer. Because he was in on it? There you go easy. Baseless, but easy to do. You'll easily find plenty of people who'll take that instantly as confirming evidence.

Anyway that's my opinion given freely and without fear of reprisal. It's a critique of your reasoning skills not support for the royals or the numptys that run Britain.

The royal family are redundant in my opinion in all but as a great income stream from tourism as the yanks seem to love that shit. But I have nothing against them as individuals. Live and let live and all that.

No offence taken. I take it your not in the UK. The royal family are on a high and the youngins are very much interested, All ages celebrated together for the royal related events in the past few years with events for all ages. For example: All school children had party's, dressed up etc. Elderly did the same. Street party's up and down the country. High viewing figures (tv) country basically celebrated and partied together. Anything about the royals sells, people lap up any news. Recently philips being Ill young and old was concerned. Naughty Harry's fun times people seem to enjoy.

lol the past few years we have all been royaly brainwashed, seemed to have brought some smiles and unity in these tough times.

No but you have held people I assume you don't know to higher standards than everyone else.

You shut down the 'thought' because for whatever reason you feel people who are Royalty are above tactics that every other human is capable of doing?

You have no idea what people would do for power, getting your "tits" out is hardly pushing it, espically if you can be made to look like a victim,

You keep drawing odd assumptions about what I'm thinking. I see a pattern. Your Modus Operandi if you will. You are making huge baseless conclusions about what Wills and Kate did and what I'm thinking. I made no such assumption about what they are capable of based on their royal status. I'm not a royalist, remember. They are just like the rest of us, capable of the same things. That they are capable of cynical media manipulation is no reason to assume that this is what has taken place. What actual reason do you have. That it is possible? Therefore it's likely? Ok. We can all play that game. MJ's record sales went up after he died. Ipso facto it was probably a PR stunt and he's living the life of luxury with Elvis on a Carribean Island. Hang on. Didn't Catherine go missing for a bit. Hmm, visiting Michael? It all fits now. Shit I can run off conspiracy theories faster than Alex Jones. It's so easy. Stupid and baseless but easy. Look mate. I don't give a shit if it turns out you are right. I have no interest in the royals. Do you get me now? I respect them as I would a stranger until they give me a reason not to. Philip for example. Bumbling twat. We done now?

Its an observation of pop culture.

sex tapes , nude pics have been the single most powerfull tool to boost a brand.

sorry but the unfortunate timing of both 'escapades' is eye brow raising.

p.s Drawing a conclusion is logical, I don't get your point that you don't understand how people draw conclusions from peoples words?

also don't understand your lack of critical thinking or discussion about what is presnted to you.

Conspiracy theory is a cop out, and laugable when people get behindsomething that "you" can never use as defense.

cop: Hey kid, I have feeling your the one who rob that store, this is why.....

kid: Sorry officers but that is a conspiracy theory.

yeah that only works if the person is royalty right?
