did President Bush stage a coup against america

did President Bush stage a coup when he forced congress to pass a bail out bill, by threatening them with martial law if they don't pass it. and also is it true that the army now pledge there Allegeance to 'the commander and chief' not the constitution does this mean that the President now has his own miltary personal that only answers to him and not to anyone else? and if this is all true what does it mean for US citizens? and what does it mean in regards to the elections?

You got that right. Both parties are basically working together to screw this country up as much as possible it seems.

I still can't believe that Bush would institute martial law just to pass this big waste of money. disbelief
