I just took the test again, and what's equally concerning is that I've become slightly more economically right-leaning since the last time I took it about 2 years ago.

I'm no longer on top of Ghandi, but a bit to the right of him. I'm becoming an authoritarian tightwad in my old age!!

Of course, one limit in contextualizing the findings here is that we cannot know for sure how Ghandi, the Dalai Lama, Mandela, Stalin and Hitler might answer the questions. Plus, the way the questions are posed, I suspect respondents may skew left and libertarian.

I doubt even the most self-defined "conservative" here in P&R would rank up where Hitler, Bush, Thatcher, etc. did. That quadrant seems to be somewhat of a no-man's land.

But I could be wrong.

It'd be interesting to see some of our resident "righties" post their results.
