This is why I love Chris Matthews!

I saw this when it happened and I could't stop laughing! I think it is funny when these conservatives praise anything Bush does when they don't even know what he was refering to.

Man, why are these politicians so angry and loud?

Just yell yell yell. Never mind who's right. The competition is decided by who has the loudest voice.

I'm only in it for the music.

it was not about obama. to say he was is admitting that obama is a appeaser.

LOL at the IDIOT "what did Chamberlain do wrong?" that guy was an idiot! but still there is NO real reason to assume bush was talking about obama.

so then smart man please do tell us, who was Bush referring to? "Some seem to believe..." so then who is "some"?

or do you think that "some" was not about a concrete person or group of people, but rather admit that your president once again just dropped some hot air and empty phrases, instead of adressing concrete real issues?

who was Bush talking about?

So even though he didn't actually mention Obama's name you have pegged his statement to him. This is exaclty why his not mentioning names is irrelevant because his audience knows exactly who is not "mentioned. So fucking pathetic lol

Well yeah, but by addressing it, in his habitual way, in a complaining tone about seems to me to be defensive and political damage control and tantamount to admiting he is appeasement minded. It comes off as weak. How many times has he complained about some criticism of himself or his family or friends? If he and his wife can not handle it NOW how will they react as president?

He needs to learn how to ignore unkind and unfair words if as president he might as well start now.

It isn't that they can't handle it, it's that it's a fucking lie. Why would he allow lies to be said without responding?

So? When he is president people are going to lie about him all the time.

I would have recommended doing his one anti-appeasement speech and address the difference between how one deals at an early stage with the likes of Ahmadinejad and how they deal with them once some act of aggressions is imminent.

He could have also pointed out how the Bush admin failed to do ANYTHING in regards to IRAN other that piss away the US's credibility to take action when needed. And the Irony that Sddamms program of mass misinformation was keeping Ahmadinejad in line, until the US did its trick.

Better yet, people should stop making unkind and unfair statements! That's what's up!

Yeah but until they do, our leaders might be better served picking their battles.

This is just a microcosm of right wing talk radio. More interested in being right than anything else. Even when standing in the face of a shitload of wrong, these bastards will scream they're right six ways to Sunday. And they're all the same.

Poor spellers of the world, UNTIE!

LOL! Yeah my favorite part is "Why are you screaming?" Seriously, these people are so irritating..they think if they yell loud enough people won't notice just how full of BS all of them are?? I can't stand when they try to paint Obama as reckless and dangerous..seriously McCain is a nut! He's so emotional and hot headed..I seriously see him yelling about something every time I turn on the news..omg...Obama is so level headed, idealistic but a whole hell of a lot more of a critical thinker than the McBush!
