I'm so excited. lol

He and his wife are doing a Q&A at my coffee shop next Thursday as a fundraiser for his Senate race. I don't know if I'm working it yet or not, but I'm gonna be there either way. I'm such a fan of his. redface

People need to put a stop to shit like this.

It's so sad that some random person that's had a career in entertainment has a good shot at being a politician.

I really, really admire him. And I love the commercial too. smile His chapter on the Wellstone Memorial in "Lies and the Lying Liars..." was incredibly heartfelt, moving and sooooo on point.

Do you know anything about him? lol I'm a huge fan of his books. Though he's just starting out as a politician, he's been involved with causes and politics for years.

In a world where the 'real' politicians are described as lesser evils, I'm not sure I see the problem...

I have to be honest. I only remember him from "Saturday Night Live" (dating myself? redface). I watched with interest last night because I didn't know he was into politics.

You know, Keith Ellison (congressman) hangs out at our coffee shop too.
It's a very political coffee shop, apparently. lol
