Chimps use spears to hunt more evidence that animals have tool-making and using capacity.

I'm not surprised at the intelligence of chimps. They are just like us, in some ways. Inside of Me, I am Free, Free to be Me.

Suck on that ED. i know what will lure ED here! i will prove that evolution exists, for once and for all! here is early smiley, circa early smiley days:
and here are two recently evolved smileys. note the growth and use of additional appendages and greatly enhanced facial expression. early smiley had only eyes and a smile. recent smileys are quite mobile and reactive, suggesting intellectual development as well:

Also, I watched a documentary on animals using tools...certain crows are very adept at using a stick to MAKE a hook-type tool to fish worms out of logs so they can eat them. awww

It would be horrible if it ended up in some kind of mad cow disease-type disorder. Measure in Love

If we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them.

Yet this is not the first instance of tool use by apes or other animals.

not to mention that neither adaptation nor evolution contradict the genesis account of the origin of life (or most other creation stories or ID)

Depends on your definition of evolution, doesn't it?

This discovery merely confirms that chimps are intelligent creatures, created with enough intelligence to make and use simple tools and learn from one another, as do many other intelligent animals; this is a far cry from being made in the image of God, as Genesis describes humans, and in no way validates evolutionary ideas. Don't you agree that us humans look a lot like chimps too? Take this for example: ![]() You are not my "friend" because you threaten my security.
