We're renting a big high school auditorium here in north Dallas. Our circuit overseer is giving the memorial talk. smile

Many Christmas' ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.

I am torn between two places to attend.
I am attending a Spanish group, as I have probably mentioned...yet I also have interested persons who are English speaking.
Most likely I will attend the English-speaking memorial this year, but as Jehovah blesses, I expect the Spanish group to be a Congregation by next memorial (if this system lasts that long...and we will proceed as though it will). So by that time, I will be hearing the Memorial discourse in espanol. clapping

So...how's everybody doing? smile

Cool, because the longer Jah allows this sytem to exist, the more people have the opportunity to come to know him before he destroys it. We should all be thankful for Jehovah's love and patience.

It didn't last another year for those who died in war, or on 9/11 or on the islands that were hit by the tsunami.
This system will NOT last forever and who is to say it won't last till next year, next month, 2marrow even? cool

Must be prepared.

No, I don't remember this bit about the Spanish group... how long has this been going on? smile

About 5 months.
I have one Bible study who speaks only spanish...such a wonderful challenge!
A Spanish-speaking brother is coming from Bethel to assist us next month (to actually move here), and a sister from California. We have a visit from the C O for our Spanish group next week! I have a talk. eek
Some teased us at first, because we started basically from scratch...all English speaking folks, but how Jehovah has blessed our efforts!
As the Bible counsels, never despise small beginnings.

Woo-hoo, you guys are fast! Took us practically five years to become a congregation here. We needed the testing and sifting, tho. US Spanish congregations are built for speed. Thank goodness for Californians. They are what got ours going in the midwest (at one time, my dad was the only elder in our region who spoke Spanish... that kept him busy for a while. lol )

No foretelling going on; just stating the pattern that's been set over the years.
