It seems they were getting pretty close to BAG with the Megan Fox line.

And yeah, these staged "moments" are kinda lame. Ken going on and on, etc. Just stop it.

They seem to be whittling down a group before going to the third. Group A, Group B, Group A semi, probably group C, then group B semis, then group C semis, then all together whoever is left. Just a guess.

LeAnn Rimes is sure floated a lot for Sun. My roommate thought Cyndi Lauper for Popcorn but I'm sticking with Taylor Dayne. There's a deeper soulful thing in her voice that makes me think it's her. BUT the Venus makes me think it could be someone from Bananarama. Nothing in Taylor's catalog has Venus in it, that I know of, and I looked. But, one could surmise that "Venus leading you back" could be a clue to "Love Will Lead Your Back," a hit song for her. Venus is love, etc.

The staged moments do drag on.

My roommate thought Cyndi Lauper for Popcorn but I'm sticking with Taylor Dayne

When Popcorn was talking I thought Cindy Lauper?
But the singing didnt seem to match up. Not that I know Cindys live voice well enough.
Tyler Dayne is a good guess hmmm

The Masked Singer' season 4 episode 4 recap: Group B celebrities - GoldDerby

I think watchamacalit is 50 cents. I saw some coins in the clue puzzle. I know none of his songs but that's my guess.

Don't know why they had two elimination rounds of group A and B before even having group C to perform

It's Taylor Dayne, not Tyler. (You're thinking Tyler the Creator.)

I'm totally guessing 50 Cent right now. The 10¢ coins was a tip, but who knows. a lot of things lean toward it.

I've no idea who is Mark Sanchez. But I don't know most sports people anyway.

I think Serpant may be Donald Faison, who was on Scrubs. Butter was in his clue package, and he was in a movie called Butter.

Whatchamacallit (Cousin It) is likely actor and singer Taye Diggs. There's a reference to his mother dying (Digg's mother died last November). Also, he says it takes 36,524 strokes to get his hair right. That's 25 days. Not sure what that means, but it sorta is the same as measuring a year in 525,600 minutes (a la RENT). That seems like a stretch, and 36,524 has to mean something. But again, that 50¢ clue is strong. His voice sounds more like Taye Diggs, though.

Former NY Jets QB. Who are you guessing 50 Cent?? Wasn't Whatchamacallit with the 10¢ coins as the clue??

I lost interest when most of the 'talent' was a bit lukewarm. (Not referring to Chaka/Dionne)

Okay, Group C premiere!

Lips - clearly this is Wendy Williams. All that talking gave her away.

Mushroom - My first thought was Broadway actor & singer Billy Porter.

Jellyfish - ?

Squiggly Monster - ?

Broccoli - ?

And my guess about Lips was right. You couldn't not know it was her.

You're missing the point of the show. This isn't the final rounds of American Idol or a real concert. These are mystery people who can be anyone. Frankly, I think it's sorta boring when it's more singers than non-singers. When folks like Drew Carey, Dr. Drew, Wendy Williams, Bella Thorne, or Zito shows up to sing and try something new, that's when it's fun.

Yes I guessed Wendy Williams for lips. But Sandra Berhard and Allison Janney were good guesses, wrong but good guesses.

Mushroom- not sure if it's a guy or a girl. Guessing Usher for now

Jellyfish - Is some 20 year old who I don't know

Squiggly Monster- Nice voice, I feel like I should know who this person is.

Broccoli - Older person, I think it's Paul Anka

Yeah. Group C seems very quirky compared to A and B. It'll be nice to see them all mixed up and varied.

Whoever Mushroom is, he really hit those notes with "This Woman's Work." For those that don't know, it's an older Kate Bush song that Maxwell covered live on unplugged (1997) and later as a studio version on Now (2001). They listed it as Maxwell's version on the show, which is what it was.

Group C is just throwing me.

I'm stumped about sun, but she's a powerhouse. A lot of people are floating Carrie Underwood. It's so hard to judge whether such an a-list star like Underwood would go on a show like this, but then you have someone like Patti LaBelle or Gladys Knight show up and knock it out the park.

I'm firmly convinced that Popcorn is Taylor Dayne.

I guessed Clint Black & Lisa Hartman Black as the Snow Owls after their second appearance. I tweeted it in October, and RT'd my tweet last night with a humble brag. hahaha

I think around Thanksgiving there's going to be a triple elimination! (Taking a nod from Big Brother this year, apparently.)

I can't wait to get to Group B play offs.

I knew of the doctor because he was featured on ABC World News Tonight earlier this year. Him playing the piano jolted my memory. No idea who the other guy was.

I have a strong clue about Croc.

In the clue package, the DJ/friend said he "traveled to six continents in 100 hours with him." That rang a bell. I knew it had been a news item. So I looked it up.

The Backstreet Boys did this promo tour over six continents in 100 hours for sales of their Black and Blue album. Then I looked to see who was on onboard the plane(s) with them. There is a radio personality/DJ guy like Ryan Seacrest named Jojo Wright. So I think Jojo was the friend. But judging by the voice and body language, I can rule out Brian Littrell (his voice is higher), Kevin Richardson (he's too old and moody), and AJ McLean (he has a rock n' roll type gruffy voice). That leaves Nick Carter or Howie Dorough. It could be either one of them. I'd like to think I knew Nick's voice since he sings lead on a few songs for BSB, but I am not sure. But I would put money on it being one of those two.

Seahorse's voice is blowing my mind, but I can't figure it out. I thought it'd be sorta fun that the show flipped the script for the audience and actually made it be Nicole (the judge). But that's probably not it. So, I don't know.

Next week, another group playoff, to the final six. I think there's going to be a show on Thanksgiving day, so look out for that. I've heard rumors of a triple elimination on that show, too.

That's not the point of the show, though. It's not all getting Patti, Dionne, or Gladys and putting them in a suit until one of us figure out it's them. The game shouldn't be that easy. It wouldn't be as fun.

It kinda is. Famous people singing. Some guy on a ABC news segment not really. Doesn't have to be well establish singers as you mentioned.
