it would be nice if they staged a phony casket ceremony where his box got launched or something like that... but I suppose that was maybe about 20 years ago that it could've happened.

I only know him from Curb. One of my favourite characters on the show. I love his joke. You know the one...

It fit the character. He was supposed to be irritating to Larry David.

oh shit, you're kidding me, he was funny as hell. I just watched a bunch of hilarious super dave episodes a couple mos ago. made me think how much "political correctness" has fucked up things. he called mr t a faggot and got his ass beat.
