Week 9 picks

49ers over the Raiders (both bad bay teams, going with the home team)

Vikings over the Lions (Nothing to add, Vikings the better team)

Chiefs over the Browns (Browns will be slaughter)

Redskins over the Falcons (Falcons are my disappointment team of the year)

Steelers over the Ravens (Steelers playing better and Ravens are not. Steelers will split the series)

Dolphins over the Jets (Toss up, going with the home team)

Bears over the Bills (Da Bears, like saying that)

Chargers over the Seahawks (man tough pick on this one)

Saints over the Rams (Rams are due for a loss and they look like they could have loss these past few games)

Cowboys over the Titans (Titans O-line just as bad as the Giants)

Panthers over the Buccaneers (Fritz can't save them)

Broncos over the Texans (AFC south is a pretty weak division)

Patriots over the Packers (going with the home team)

I agree. Marvin Lewis didn't start out great either and CLE's situation is even worse than CIN's was back then.

When Jimmy Haslam hired Dorsey he made Dorsey keep Jackson as GM.

Jackson's position as HC was too insecure to bring Haley on staff.

It looks like Dorsey used this turmoil as an excuse to get rid of them both and bring in his own guys.

Exactly. But as a Steelers fan I love the turmoil the Browns keep creating for themselves. It was

dumb as hell for them to fire Hue this season and it was dumb as hell for Haslem to come in and

fire the guy who coached before Mike Pettine because he had Cleveland playing well that season. In fact that season the Steelers only beat them by 3 and 11 points that season but thank you Cleveland for continuing to be a mess. Even though Cincinnati's fortunes isn't nowhere near as bad as Cleveland's I'm glad they keep Marvin Lewis around too because despite a talented roster they are

the AFC's version of the Dallas Cowboys a disaster waiting to happen.

Same here lol

He's got great hands, is physical, and is consistent. He could thrive in that offense.

Every year, these 'experts' predict the Patriots demise, and what happens? They get it together for the stretch run. Chiefs better get home field, and even that's no guarantee they'll beat NE in January.

The Chiefs better keep an eye on the Chargers more or less New England.

Notice how long it took for Jones to be picked up. If the Steelers would have let Dobbs go he would have been picked up within a week.

NE is a hard team for the Chiefs to beat, if anything will help it would be if the Chiefs were home & we have the loudest stadium. And don't forget the Chiefs curse...1 and done.

It seems like as soon as I started giving Blake Bortles praise as an elite qb earlier in the season

after the New England game he's been stinking up the joint ever since. Maybe I should brag on

Jalen Ramsey too. lol

To beat NE, all three phases have to play 60 minutes of CLEAN football. You have to be aggressive on offense, keep turnovers to a minimum, and get a pass rush on Brady without blitzing (like the Giants did with their front four).

Jags had the Patriots on the ropes in last year's playoffs. But Marone got too conservative because he didn't trust his QB. Compare that to Pederson's play-calling in the SB. That's what I'm talking about. FGs won't cut it against Brady.

Only thing is Dobbs is not a proven commodity as he's yet to take a regular season snap.

Jones is a known commodity whose stock is average at best. He can sling the rock.

Unfortunately it's to the other jerseys at the most inopportune times.

Well he hasn't have a chance yet. I think he has potential. I know he's better than Jones.

I think it's funny how they always play the QB'S VS each other angel. First of all when one QB is on the field the other is on the bench. Both QB's facing different defenses. Oh well, should be a good game anyway regardless of the hype.

Flacco is so lame. Browns did ok against a great team. Bucks almost came back. See, the Bengals aren't a bad team. Any team has a chance. Football is a weird sport.

Good week for Steelers. They win and Ravens, Browns lose. Bengals will lose to the Saints next week.

Yes way better than the Bengals did. Better watch out next season Ravens or the Bengals could finish last in the AFC North. lol

I'm not even following the hype machine here. The Rams vs Saints game was probably the game

of the year thus far and probably the game of the day. Brady is business as usual but my god the hype surrounding Aaron Rodgers is overbearing. Rodgers is damn good but you would think this guy have already won multiple Super Bowls and that Green Bay would go 14-2 this year.

The Packers have been a little underwhelming this year but could be one of those teams that could catch fire down the stretch. I still feel that Drew Brees is the best pure drop back quarterback in the game.

Good win today. They played with a focus against a team that usually gives them fits.

The Steelers still have to cut down on some of the penalties. Bring on the Panthers Thursday night.

James Conner is a great story this season.
