Anybody tired of these Chevy commercials? Worse is that when I go to the movies they play those commerciall before the trailers.

I hate all commercials but American commercials are the worst I've ever seen. Everything is so over the top and forced. Makes me not want to buy the product they're advertising.

I think 95% are bad regardless of what country. But what I don't understand is why they are making so many chevy commericials with this guy? I think they may have made like 15 with him. I just don't get it. One commercial with the smugged guy was more then enough.

Creepy as fuck is what I think eek lol 10 years from now, kids will shake their heads the same way we did at commercials 10 years ago. Although, every now & then, I'd see a cool or a cute commercial that would tickle me to death.

My guess would be they use this guy judiciously and economically.

Setup = green screen, shot from multiple angles. Various spectators don't even have to interact with the guy who will likely be paid per spoken part.

Idea? Digital graphical template to use over and over again.

If anybody cares to waste the time maybe they're already doing it. Reusing shots from one to another, changing digital statements such as the vehicles or viewers etc.

Q: u gotta ask yourself

DOES HE INTERACT WITH THE PRODUCT AT ANY TIME?

2) when he's speaking about the product, are his lips shown?

3) can it be reproduced over and over again?

Likely he's getting paid a little but if point B is not true and he's walking past product (ant size so his lips aren't discernable) then he'll probably get a call every once in a while if the campaign is successful to RE READ a line for each new model.

Etc.

Commercial economics

They probably cordially have video reads of him saying "the 2019 models! The 2020 models (in twenty twenty vs two thousand twenty variations) etc etc

People didn't just get cheap overnight. It's been around a long time
