I thought he got in the HOF way to early. Way more players did more than he did that are not in the HOF.

The HOF has never been just. Unless you're an absolute 1st-ballot lock, you could wait a while. Some worthy guys like Klecko (an absolute force) may need vet support to make it.

Exactly......Klecko was FEARED. Read about what one of Klecko's contemparies said about him, HOFamer John Hannah;

“The two guys, in my mind, that were the best all around that I ever played in front of were Howie Long and Joe Klecko,” Hannah told the Jets’ website.

....and like I posted before, Cliff Branch should have been in before TO. This link says it all;

https://howtheyplay.com/team-sports/Top-10-Wide-Receivers-Not-in-the-Pro-Football-Hall-of-Fame

Is anyone besides me tired of Ray Lewis' act?

Someone posted this joke at Operation Sports;

"Ray Lewis' Hall of Fame Bust Looks More Like the Man He Allegedly Murdered Than Ray Lewis"

OUCH!

By sheer numbers, he was a first ballot candidate, but not necessarily a "lock."

I think getting in when he did was about right and he validated his own legacy as "Team Obliterator" by trying to show up (arguably) the most talented class in Canton history. He told us who he was years ago, and not even a gold jacket can change that.

I never respected the shit he did to McNabb in Philly. That's when I lost total respect for him.

He could be the key to the entire season for the League as a whole. If he plays well, KC can go a long way.

Not with Andy Reid as coach....as we've seen over the years, his clock management/stubborness/inability to adjust in big games is an issue.

He reminds me of Marty Schottenheimer...great regular season coach, but he can't get over the hump at playoff time.

He lucky James Harrison retired. This guy might have received a WWE body slam that Browns fan

suffered in Cleveland when he ran on the field several years ago. lol

Reid could at least get to the NFC title game regularly in PHI. But KC has blown home playoff games pretty badly in consecutive years.

Mahomes is known as a risk-taker and has a bit of swagger to him, which could actually help the Chiefs possibly overcome Reid's issues . . . if Mahomes can actually play. That's the reason he's the one player I will watch most carefully this year.

Nobody's picked up Dez Bryant yet? I know he's a malcontent but it's not like he ever kneeled or anything...

But seriously, if the Browns decide they don't want him, dang. What a waste of talent. I hope he has figured things out and succeeds.

Thought he was going to the Browns, maybe the deal fell through or it was just speculation.

The first offer from BAL was the best offer. He could have done worse.

He's too talented not to pick up, but a lot of his problems were self-inflicted.

LOL, I wouldn't go that far. But I was just thinking about how the NFL threads are basically Steelers threads. However, that's not on Steelers fans - that's on fans of the other 31 teams.

Y'all post! (Unless you're a Bears fan, in which case silence is your best strategy LOL.)

The Browns have enough knuckleheads at wide receiver....do they want to add Dez to that group?

1-31 in 2 years qualifies CLE for Desperation Mode. Dez would be more reliable than Josh Gordon, and I can't believe I'm typing that.
