The "professional" porn actors are generally quite laughable. I'd rather watch scenes from Hollywood movies with good actors. Basic Instinct is always a winner in my book.

I'll never equate porn to Oscar-worthy or blockbuster movie material, but at least the porn actors of the 80s and 90s made a pretense to act in their porno movies, no matter how flimsy the script was, and the porn producers actually tried in most cases to create some type of legitimate storyline to accommodate all of the fucking, sucking, fingering, and gangbanging that came later. But then the Internet came, and most porn producers got rid of stories and went straight for the sex. Sure, it made it a lot easier to jack off, wank, fap, etc., but it also turned the porn performers into a commodity. Who can name any superstar porn stars who came out in the last decade?
