Lately I've been thinking a lot about the heart. Wednesday i had a stress test done. I could be developing some heart issues...

I was talking to this guy, and he was telling me about his triple bypass surgery. He was in his 30's when he had it(about 9 years ago). He said one day he went out for Chinese food and afterwards developed pain in his lower sternum. He just thought it was bad food or indigestion, but after day two he decided to go to the hospital. And that's when he found out that he needed surgery. The doctors told him that if he had waited any longer to seek help, he would have died.

Take care of your heart health. It's important at any age, but especially as we get older.
