I miss the way it used to be when I was younger. A lot of the newer wrestlers are just like regular guys in underpants. There's no characters like Razor Ramon or Goldust. I actually think Goldust is still in it now but he's not the same as he used to be when he had that woman with him who used to sit in a director's chair and smoke cigars while Goldust wrestled. Those were the days.

I only really watch it now for the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania but I'll be watching the 25th anniversary of Raw in the hope that Bret Hart will show up. I used to have such a big crush on him when I was younger. Never liked Shawn Michaels though. He always came across as such an arrogant twat.

i miss the way it use to be also.2003 was the last great year in my opinion. The product sucks now days cuz its PG rated mostly and the wrestlers dont have much input into their character like they did back in the day. Also,a lot of the wrestlers on the roster dont even look like wrestlers.Kevin Owens and Daniel bryan for example.Kevin is out of shape and daniel bryan was world champion but he looks like a cruiserweight that would get squashed in one of Goldberg's matches in WCW back in the day when he had that winning streak. I hope Bret Hart will be there also.Did you enjiy Bret Hart's WWE comeback run in 2010 when he made peace with shawn michaels and had a match against vince mcmahon? its good to know bret and shawn buried the hatchet but i think bret still hates him.Theres a bunch of youtube videos that were made since they shook hands, and you can hear bret badmouthing him. i dont blame him though,

Anyways yeah i cant wait until RAW 25, and the royal rumble is NEXT SUNDAY!

I read Bret Harts book and yeah, it's easy to see why he feels the way he does about Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon. They (mostly Vince) really fucked him over at that event. The fact that it was on a live broadcast which was viewed by millions of people all around the world would have been really embarrassing for Bret.

Another guy I hope shows up at the anniversary show is Jim Cornette. I had to Google his name because I only remembered him as the guy with the tennis racket. He used to manage Owen Hart and the British Bulldog. He always made me laugh.

I'm not sure if it happened on Raw or not but one of my favourite memories of the WWE was when Stone Cold kidnapped Vince and held him at gunpoint. Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon had probably the best rivalry in wrestling history. I hope Vince gets a Stunner on Raw 25

Well that was a real let down. The RAW 25th anniversary was very dissapointing. I hated the way they used the Legends.Stone Cold didnt even talk. Also,a lot of legends werent even there. No Rock,Kevin Nash,Bret Hart,Goldberg,Hulk Hogan. Maybe, they are saving some of those names for the Royal Rumble this Sunday.

Also,if your a fan of Goldberg.Make sure you watch "The Flash" on CW Network this tuesday night at 8.Goldberg will be apperearing as special guest star.

Emma-i know you are dissapointed that Bret Hart didnt show up.If you did watch the whole show, what did you like best?

JabarR74-Did you enjoy RAW?

I didn't watch it live because it was on at 1 in the morning Irish time so I recorded it and watched it this morning. I'm not sure if I'm disappointed or not because I don't know what I was expecting. Seeing Stone Cold give the McMahons stunners was nice although I wish Stephanie had got one too. Razor Ramon showing up was pretty cool too. No Bret Hart though. It would have been great had he interrupted the D-X segment and had an altercation with Shawn Michaels.

One very noticeable part of the show for me was how bad the commentary is. Every time they cut back to Jerry Lawlor and JR was a huge relief. That guy Michael Cole has a very irritating voice. And why was Booker T on commentary with him?? Is that a regular thing?

Overall it was OK. The Royal Rumble is on next week and going by what I've seen this morning I'm thinking Roman Reigns is going to win it. Him losing his belt this close to the Rumble is all too convenient.

Booker T has been doing commentary for a year or so.Shinska Nakumara is rumored to win the royal rumble to set up a match against AJ Styles at wrestlemania.I doubt roman will win.if he does, fans will boo him again like they did at the rumble before last.Roman is suppose to face brock lesnar at wrestlemania. That match will probably be set up at the february PPV WWE Fast Lane.

I guess i can agree that it was ok show but it should've been so much more.It didnt live up to the hype.

Yeah, it definitely could have been better. I think holding it in two different venues hurt it to be honest. It would have been better had they just stuck to the one with JR and The King. Maybe they could have had a couple of matches with the older wrestlers too. Like, a battle royal or something where the winner is given a place in the Royal Rumble. Or perhaps a match with some of the older women against the newer ones where Jerry Lawlor could be special referee so he could yell "Puppies" throughout it.

There were a lot of missed opportunities but hopefully some of the legends will stick around for guest spots in the Royal Rumble.

On a side note, I've seen that Nakamura guy a couple of times and he's really good. If I had my way Finn Balor would win though.

Didn't see it but most reviews are bad. Fans near rioted in the Manhattan Centre and asked for their money back. DX squashed the Revival like jobbers. They should have done a regular show and like a Raw 25 after party afterwards talking to the legends, showing clips etc. No Hulk,Bret et all wasn't cool. Sad a lot of legends have passed during those 25 years. A show with Warrior, Macho, Eddie etc would have been brilliant. Could have been WWEs chance for a home run but they settled for a bunt

I don't see what's so good about Nakamura.he doesn't have many moves.Seems like all does is kick and does those weird things with his arms and his tongue sticking out.what do you think of Braun Strowman?

I haven't seen as much of him as you have but the times I've seen him I was impressed. His match against Sami Zayn in NXT was great.

I really like Braun Strowman. I seen him standing beside Alexa Bliss and he looked absolutely gigantic. It was kind of cool to see the size difference because I'm about the same size as her so I can get a good idea of how much bigger all these wrestlers are than me. I met Bret Hart and Chris Jericho at different times and even though they don't look big on TV, in real life they're huge.
