Giants go from bad to worse...the defense is shit, o-line inconsistent, three wide receivers injured (Odell probably done for the season) with upcoming games against Von Miller and the Legion of Boom. They're staring at 0-7 before the bye. Jerry Reese has a lot to answer for.

They spent a ton of money on that defense. The silver lining may be that the new GM can now be in position to draft the next franchise QB.

They may need to blow the whole thing up and start over.

Well Ben and Eli were drafted the same time, both got their rings, could be the last year for both.

Steelers got taken to the woodshed today. Ben off today and Todd Haley's dumbass playcalling

in the Red Zone. I never thought I'd say it but man Bruce Arians wasn't this bad.

No time to panic. Steelers are still in first place and these things are correctable but it's time

for the leaders on the team to step up and be leaders and the coaches to get their heads out of the sand and utilize the talent they have properly. No more empty sets in the red zone. Martavius Bryant needs to be bench. Doesn't adjust well to the ball when it's in the air, bad hands, and if he does catch it you can easily strip him because he doesn't secure the ball well. Give Justin Hunter and James Connor some snaps.

Don't know about that. It feels like nothing has changed. We hear the same shit in the locker, we need to play better. Steelers keep losing to teams they should beat. Lose to the Patriots. With all the weapons Steelers have they should be going to the Super Bowl like many were predicted the start of the season. Tomlin was never good at controlling locker room drama. Got Brown acting like a baby because the ball was not thrown at him. Bell clearly showing everybody it's about the money. Remember when Heinz Ward was in a contract dispute? Cowher went to Ward and told him just show up for pre-season work outs (which Ward did) and will work on getting you a good contract. Tomlin needs to handle and coach this team better.

Right.

I'd like to think the Steelers are built to contend now, but who would they have to bridge the gap between Ben and the next franchise QB? Dobbs?

Tomlin -- like every other NFL head coach -- has his faults, but I think there's blame to go around.

The FO hasn't really addressed the secondary in recent years, leading to losses to NE in January.

The QB has battled injuries and openly doubted his future with the team. That's his right but it doesn't help the overall stability of the locker room or team chemistry.

The team is carrying more divas on the roster than at any time during the 40 years I've been watching football. I'm okay with players building their personal brands, and even holding out for their money, because the game is ruthless and short. But they've got some outsize egos on that team that cause dissension, do stupid things in public, get suspended at the wrong times, or all of the above.

If they do that I get it, but their personnel holes, locker room issues, and a need for franchise QB after 2018. I get the sense the issues run deeper than the coaches.

Never really cared for Haley, I thought Arians was better, but Steeler fans are rarely happy with their OCs lol

I'm not so sure All Day will be productive with the Cards behind that line. That's a division with very physical defenses.

DRC got suspended. Damn, Giants locker room is becoming as toxic as the Steelers. I have a feeling it's going to get worse vs Denver & Seattle.

^^^^^^

With all that said I'm not afraid of KC. The Steelers swept them twice in KC last season.

The question is do the Steelers still believe in themselves. They got bitch slapped last week. Now

what they gonna do about it? I don't believe the bs coming out of their mouths. There has been

some dissension in that locker room and I believe it started with the whole protest flap. Ryan

Clark is dead on.

Steelers could win this game. Steelers are known for winning some tough games (except against the Patriots) then losing to a team under 500 the next week. That shit needs to be addressed.

Steelers win! Steelers win!

No disrespect to KC but I think the Steelers just match up with them well.

It happens with a lot of teams in the league. You just have that one team that

seems to have your number. I wasn't afraid of the Chiefs coming into the game.

I was more afraid of the Steelers and where their head was at. Like Rodney Harrison

says if they leave all the distractions behind they have a shot at doing something special.

It's a big if though. Gotta be more consistent on offense. Bring on the Bengals next week.

Who else is tired of the Patriots bullshit? I mean come on that was a TD by Austin Steferian-Jenkins.

Clearly a touchdown. All the analysts saw it as a touchdown. How the hell did it get overturned?
